Warming - A Warning

Fly away, you wretched, miserable climate change,

Flee thee and let our beautiful earth catch a breath.

Her vast green fields are barren, so the many a mountain range.

Her Flora and Fauna is planning to plant your wreath.

But, alas, the most intelligent of species is the real culprit,

and has foolishly made an inhumane mess.

Take these humans with you to the darkest pit,

So that Earth could be polluted less and less.

How beautiful and innocent was she, once upon a time.

Green were the trees and clean were the rivers and lakes.

But her modesty was violated with a disastrous crime.

Ungrateful species, Gives back nothing, only from the earth takes.
