When Everything Falls
When Everything Falls
And suddenly, all over your eyes get wet;
What you are going through, none can get.
Hugging your pillow you start to cry;
You feel apprehensive about your next try.
Probably, this is an issue of every night,
When your brain and heart recklessly fight.
What if it gets messed up again?
And you fear of getting nothing other than intense pain.
Have you previously taken a vow to never overthink?
But in that pool of despondency, you again do sink.
Cause you had known that overthinking is the biggest cause of unhappiness
And now you have become prey to the predator named ' Downheartedness '.
Well do you remember someday you used to be afraid of criticism?
But, today you are obliged to be its poor victim.
Your heart feels so shattered.
You lonely self makes you question if to anyone it had ever mattered.
For your silly mistakes, you will surely be blamed,
And for all the good things you did, you won't ever be acclaimed
They say " Your soul and not the society is to be satisfied. "
But you start losing yourself to make sure those silly mistakes are rectified.
To you, these might feel worthless,
But nobody cares and you tend to feel helpless.
Your heart feels clingy urging a need of a supporting wall
But then your brain says "Rise despite the many times you fall. "
