When You Open A Book
When You Open A Book
When you open a book,
You enter a different world and look
Around you there are chocolate flowers
And mongo juice rain showers
But then! Comes a witch,
Making this place a glitch.
She burns the chocolate flowers
And ceases the mango juice rain showers.
The witch comes charging at you,
Charging back is what you can do.
She raises her wand,
And let her potions bond.
Then she casts a spell,
At that moment, in your mind rings a bell.
It's an old trick you remember,
You take her wand and point it at her.
The spell casts its magic,
Out of the wand comes something plasmic.
It hits her and she turns into stone,
At that moment you realize you are not alone.
The villagers of that place applaud for you,
But they realize you are new.
They call their magic gnome,
To send you back to a place you call home.
You come back strong,
To a place where you belong.
You close the book
And recall an adventure you took.
