 dream   experience   sorrows 

As I looked up & saw the airplanes fly

Made me wonder will I ever achieve something high

Just a daydreamer am I.


A shattered heart & a broken soul still wanna try

If I overthink then my sorrows just amplify

God, please help me find a way so that my issues simplify

"Traveling relaxes me'" may sound escapist but that's how I justify

Maybe right now experiencing midnight is all that for which I qualify

But stopping myself from chasing the sun, that's not something which 'll satisfy.
