Wintry Dusk
Wintry Dusk
The wintry sunsets
In a bloody red-orange,
The moon comes gently among the clouds
The sky is strewn with glittering stars
The river bears up the reflection in broken bars.
A foggy evening and cold night
The wise trees stand sleeping
With withered leaves around my feet
I lit a fire lamp in my garden
To warm my shivering warden
Snowy weather hushed on the ground,
Snow kissed houses and hills all around
So, I made myself a hot coffee
To satiate the hunger in me
And sang a delightful song to hear the echo of me.
