The older we get 

The better we realize 

Putting yourself first 

Isn't selfish, it's necessary. 

What people do is just blame you 

Unknowingly and surprisingly 

You become the reason for their problems 

You become the reason behind low mental health

You become the reason behind their depression 

You become the reason behind what they are facing.

No matter whether it is the opposite 

Or equally impacting both of you. 

It's better, focus on your mental health,

Your progress, your problems, your needs, your wants.

Rather caring for what other one needs, one aspires. 

The more you do for someone 

The more they take you for granted,

They are never gonna be satisfied with what you do...

Doesn't mean you should stop helping or caring

But put limits so you both get what you want. 

You can't always heal a broken heart. 

I am proud of your big heart 

Despite of trying to go around and rescuing the world, Learn to protect your brave heart too.

So just live your life... mind your own business.
