The afternoon was less as noisy as the night, even though there were more people out, eating, drinking and cheering. A bunch of folks arrived at the location with deadly war weapons. People who have sworn to protect the lives and livelihood of the civilians. They started shooting point-blank at peaceful protesters. Protesters waved the country flag and sang "Arise O Compatroit..." together, but laid belly faced to the ground. He crawled around, searching for a place to shield himself, then he sighted her, bent in an unusual way. He moved closer to her and saw that she was bleeding, he was bleeding too, he had cut his knee earlier on the tarred floor while crawling. But her bleeding was different, he held her hand and ask if she got a bullet, she shifted in a way to show him her wound, then she looked him straight in the eyes, smiled and said, "Yes".
