An old lady was living alone in her house, it was an old bungalow where she grew up. One day when she was crossing the road, a car came and struck her, due to that accident she became blind. From then on, she was very worried about her eyesight as there was no one to take care of her. She then consulted a doctor, but the doctor demanded high fees for the treatment, the lady was full of anxiety and agreed to pay a large amount of money to the doctor. the doctor came to the lady's house on the first day of treatment. The doctor examined the old lady while exiting her house, he was tempted by the expensive furniture that belonged to the old lady.


He took advantage of her blindness and stole furniture from her house, but he was unaware of the fact that she wasn't blind from birth and can touch and feel the presence of her furniture. this thing went on for many days, but on the thirteenth day when the doctor did his work and he decided to steal her big antique clock, but when he was taking it outside the house, he suddenly tripped and fell. the lady heard the sudden sound and said" Hey, What are you doing in my house?" The doctor pretended that nothing has happened and stole the furniture from her house. Since that injury was horrible, he had a severe wound in his left leg and thus, he delayed the cure but after a few days, the old lady was annoyed by the delay of his work and furiously commented about the delayed treatment of his clinic, the doctor who was angry at hearing such a comment of his clinic, went and finally cured her. At last, he demanded his fees, but the old lady refuse to pay saying "Sight not restored as she cannot see all her furniture." The doctor got shocked by the lady's words and made excuses to leave from there, the old lady immediately called the police, and the old lady told everything to the doctor "What do you think? I am not blind from birth and can touch and feel the presence of my furniture, the day you stole my first furniture, I told the police to keep an eye on you, now you neither have my furniture nor your fees..."

Moral: Greed is the root of all evil...
