A Special Gift

Elly was born and brought up in India with her grandparents. Her parents lived in the USA because of there business.

One day, during her summer vacations, when she was she was completing her homework her grandfather came and gave her a box. "Happy birthday Elly," he said. It was her birthday. She completely forgot about it. She hugged her grandfather tightly.

"What a beautiful dress, grandfather," said Elly. It was a beautiful princess gown of hot pink color with a tiara and silver heels.

But this was not the only gift for her. Her grandfather even planned a lot of surprises the main one will come in the middle of the party.

The party started at 10:00 am in the morning. All her friend circle was there but she couldn't find her besties: Aashna and violet.

"Grandfather did you call Aashna and violet ??" Elly asked perplexed. "Look over there " pointed Grandfather without looking. "I can see only a chair nothing else" . Grandfather looked at Elly's Granny " Are they ready ?" he asked. "Yes" came the reply.

As she said two girls came in the same dress that Elly wore, just the color was different. One wore an orange color princess gown whereas the other wore violet princess gown. "Aashna, Violet we look partially the same " exclaimed Elly. "All created goes to your grandfather and grandmother. They called us and told us all the plan " said violet. "Thank you so much, granny and grandfather," said Elly and both of them hugged her.

Suddenly, some close her eyes. "Is that Advika?" asked Elly. "No," said Elly's Grandfather. "Then who ??" asked Elly.

"It is me" the person who closed her eyes. " Mom " she hugged her mother tightly. She didn't meet her mother and father for 2 years.

"Where is a dad ? When did you come? " Elly burst out of.

Suddenly, a happy bark came she ran in the lobby she saw her father holding a golden retriever pup (female) with white fur and a little naughty face. She wanted it when she was only 2 years old.

Elly giggled happily. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELLY " shouted her family and her besties. She held the puppy in her hands. "This is my best birthday ever," said Elly smiling.

"Your name is lily," said Elly

Lily barked in reply.

She enjoyed her birthday completely and her life with her family and lily.
