Age Matters

We, the people who lived in the competitive era. Most of us consider the jealousy thoughts and high living standards are more important than others. 

Aarthi is a kindhearted lady coming from a wealthy family. She was married on the 29th December 2020 and resides in Hyderabad with her husband, Amar. Amar is a workaholic still he takes care of his family too. Aarthi had her graduation recently after their marriage. She wishes to work abroad but her age matters to her family and they are expecting her to birth a beautiful child this year. Amar's mother is not completely satisfied with her idea to work abroad. Still both Amar and his mom accepted her idea and helped pack her things.

She shared her resume and accepted her proposal by Stanford company. After 2 days, she joined the company as expected. There she wasn't welcomed by them because it's a place for youths, she is the only one crossed 25. But Aarthi doesn't care about that and starts to concentrate on work. Later she understood that they discriminated against her age and level of skills. Aarthi has the ability to tackle every situation, but she was discriminated against for learning things slowly because she doesn't have experience. Still she felt her motivation to attain goals.

Everyone had a turning point in their story, right? Here our heroine comes on it. Her colleague is named Jeronifa, offers her lunch and made a challenge with her and straightly teased about her skills. Finally, Aarthi accepted her challenge and planned to perform as best as others. She motivates herself as "Being a warrior is also more beautiful than as a winner" also "A winner may be a loser tomorrow, but a warrior always considered as the best". So she planned to prove it to their colleagues. Time turns into a project, it's an experience and skill- oriented one. She gives her best according to her mother- in- law's support and motivation.

She was appreciated by her family and colleagues because this turning point changed her life into a new opening of promotion. Jeronifa was the one who depromoted from her to Aarthi's position. At the time, the Manager announced the news, it was about Aarthi's age and knowledge. He said, I considered it a place for youths, but I select her only in the aspect "age matters according to experience and thought process". She was appreciated by her colleagues at the same time Jeronifa felt shame on her. So she apologized Aarthi and felt "Age matters" with obtaining mature experience.

Also it's not an obstacle, just a reminder to tackle every single situation.

A women warrior does anything for victory. Don't discriminate her, let her stand to face the world without anyone's support.
