And it flew away

Ah it's my parrot, shouted Neha. Papa has bought from market for me . I will teach her how to talk .

Neha was so excited this was her gift from her Dad when she topped in class. Mom was not so keen to keep she told Neha," I feel very bad when I see parrot in cage. It's place is in sky among other birds it will enjoy more with them then with us."

No said Neha ,"it's my friend. It will like my company only you just watch as days pass by."

She got her red chilli . Every night she would soak whole gram and morning before she has her breakfast would give the parrot the soaked channel. Just loved the way it would eat. One by one holding in its leg then it will remove it's skin and chew. It's was a very interesting site to watch.

Neha gave a name to the parrot Rani. Now all will call her Rani. She is now our family member.Rani good morning Neha said. It listened carefully after few days she started saying ,"Rani Good morning". Behalf got excited listening to this. She started her to teach many words to Rani.

When Neha sees her mom she would say oh mommy my mommy this was picked up by Rani. When she saw mom immediately Rani would say" oh mommy my mommy".

Hearing this mom too liked Rani gave her food ,water when Neha went to school. House was always full of noise because of Rani . Mom ,dad and Neha got so attached to Rani that whenever they go out would say to her bye and reaching home all three would run to Rani and talk. Rani knew when well dressed she would say bye to them before they say.

It was month of February weather bit chill. Mom took Rani to the terrace . Rani started talking . Hearing her voice a few parrots came and sat on the terrace boundary. Then gradually one by one came near to Rani and spoke . This made Rani behave in a very different way to Neha and her mom dad. Neha. too was very upset seeing this behaviour . Rani stopped eating one to two carrots everyday would come and talk to Rani. She became very angry when she saw Neha coming closer to her. 

Neha then remembered what mom had said, they are birds they love to be with their friends and free to fly in the sky. She the very next morning took Rani with her cage then opened the gate. It at first could not believe that the door is opened slowly it came out looked at Neha for a minute. Eyes told so many things to Neha , "at last you made me free " and it goes away first sat in the tree close to their house then her friends came and then with them it goes away in the open sky. It got freedom free from the cage. Every morning Behalf would come to the terrace a group of parrots come and sit on the tree. They eat soaked Chana and fly away getting freedom forever.
