Because you are a woman!!

..Because You Are a Woman replied the Voice!

She opened her eyes to a glistening wide world. She saw a world full of glory and prospect, an awakening that felt surreal and heavenly. She asked the friendly voice inside her, what am I to this world? What is my purpose? The voice with great pride replied “I now pronounce you a woman”. You will be my greatest inception and honor to mankind.

She braced herself up to begin this enlightening journey of being a woman. The word often threw her into contemplation as to what the world beholds for a woman. Her realms of thoughts compelled her to witness the alluring world. Off she threw her wings and began to fly.

Her first recipient on this voyage was called family. The family instantly recognized her as a woman. They said we see your wings but they are meant to be adorned and not to aviate. Grief stuck her like no other. She tried to reciprocate the family by reiterating the voice’s words. She said, “I am a woman and I bring glory to this world”. The family chuckled and responded “You are mankind’s biggest chink in armor”. These words made her feel sick at heart. She said the friendly voice has dejected me. Can you my friend dictate me the real meaning of Womanhood? Woman the family said, “Listen carefully”. I will now unfold the true purpose of womanhood. The very purpose of your existence in this kingdom is to please a special being called “Man”. Though this being comes out of a woman, he is special and the greatest of all inceptions. He will uplift your soul and add purpose to your life. You must be oblivion to yourself and bestow your life for his welfare. The woman pondered for a while and decided to embark on this new journey. She said, “I will find this special being called man who will complete me as a Woman”. I will set aside my uniqueness and accept his abilities as my own.

She now cut off her wings and began to crawl through life. She finally found the face that brightened her dreary world. You must be the special being called Man asked the Woman. “I am the special being, the greatest of all” said the Man. She said it is my privilege to forgo my womanhood for your worth. The man with great gratification replied, “I welcome your companionship in my entity”. You are obliged to serve me with your beauty and feed my soul with your delicacy. The Woman comprehending the man’s words said, “I do not hold the beauty and delicacy your soul demands. I feel incompetent for your majestic torso and captivating presence”.

But I have something more pure and divine to offer your soul. The man with great amusement asked “what is it that can be more enticing than your appearance and structure?” The woman with great joy replied, “I am blessed with a beautiful inner self and a soul that radiates love and affection”. The man now furious with the woman’s offer replied “You are futile and worthless”. How will I showcase your inner self to the Universe? The world will perceive your worth through your outer appearance. Their love will reckon on your beauty and not on how well your soul is designed and framed. I regret to tell you that I cannot accept yourself as my companion. The woman feeling dejected once again said “I quit womanhood, for the pain of being a woman is unendurable and daunting”.

She made an attempt to reach out to the voice. She wanted to tell the voice she has no desire and courage of witnessing this kingdom anymore. She met two strangers named depression and agony in this lonely journey. They were strangers but yet they felt more comforting and reliable than any other being in this kingdom. The voice finally comprehending the woman’s agony answered her calls. The voice asked the woman, “I sent you to the world as my special and most majestic creation, do you now realize your purpose as a woman?”

The woman now discontented and disappointed said, “You have dejected me my friend. You told me I was your greatest inception and pride. I stepped out in this world to give the best you have bestowed upon me, my inner beauty and soul so magnificent. The family refused to accept my beauty and strength and asked me to find my individuality and uniqueness through a Man. I accepted the family’s advice and began my search to find this being. When I found him, I thought my search for happiness is accomplished. I reached out to hold his hand and walk this world through his glory. The man seemed to appreciate my companionship at first but then I saw another being in him which only looks out for my beauty and outer appearance. My inner beauty and soul gave no meaning to his life and he left me with my two friends now, depression and agony. I see them comforting me and talking to me everyday. I want you to end this painful journey and introduce me to this world as another being, a being which is loved and respected like no other in the kingdom”.

The voice feeling heartbroken replied, “You are and will always be my greatest creation. I chose you out of everybody to represent my power and beauty of inception. I bestowed you a gleaming soul to offer this dreary world an aura of selfless love and friendship. You were to find your happiness within you and not the family or the man. They were your recipients in this journey to make you realize that your journey will be a difficult one. But if you learn to put yourself above the family and the man, learn to love your inner self even if the world fails to see it with their naked eyes; this journey will be as beautiful and as enduring as a woman herself is.” The woman suddenly feeling positive said, I now understand my purpose as a woman, a special being sent to this world for the better. I want you to grant me another chance to serve my purpose. I want you to give me another life and make me a woman again.



The voice calmly responded “You journey as a woman has ended “. You do not get chances to a beautiful life twice”. The woman now amused asked the voice, we all deserve a second life, a second chance then why not me?” Because you are a woman replied the voice!
