Being Woman

Being Woman

Brigham Young Says, “You educate a man; you educate a man. You educate a woman; you educate a generation.

Being woman in itself is a feeling of completeness. A woman plays multiple roles in the form of various relationships in different phases of life. In these roles, we are omnipresent in the minds and hearts of those who value us in the roles we play.

Being woman means confidence. There’s a copious amount of things, as a woman, that we can wear very well, but confidence is definitely at the top of that list. If you don’t believe in yourself, who will? Being a woman means wearing your heart on your sleeve. For some reason there is a negative connotation with being “too emotional”, and to some degree that may be correct. But for women our emotions, compassion and our hearts are what distinguish us from the rest. Embracing our differences leads us to our true destiny.

Being woman means being proud. Women are incredible, ceiling-breaking, record shattering people who never seem to stop changing this world for the better. Take pride in who you are, what you do and all the others who share the honor and privilege of being a lady.

I have been lucky to be raised by a strong woman, who always taught me to be proud of myself and to face challenges with smile. She inculcated in me strong moral values which go a long way in making me a strong personality. I learnt that the essence of being a woman is more than just a beautiful face and body. A woman’s essence can be seen by more than just the eye. A Woman is an affectionate mother, a devoted Wife, a caring daughter and daughter-in-law, a trustworthy sister and much more.

I truely believe if women are equipped with the right resources, opportunities and a support system they will rise and shine for sure. I feel there is something unexplored about woman that only a woman can explore.
