Boy And His Way To Success

Once upon a time, in a small town in Spain lived a boy with his family. He was always curious and hyper active to learn everything.

One year back, he had learned to play football. He went to an academy called “Maestros”. He learned very quickly and with full concentration and determination.

On a fine day, his coach made an announcement that in two months, there will be a tournament called SGFI football tournament. That tournament had a specialty that was, every year scouts came from the big clubs academies and choose the youngsters who would shine out. When the announcement was finished, screams of excitement and joy came from the learners.

The boy knew that one of his close friends had been selected for an academy called Barcelona academy. He also wanted to go to any of these academies.

Next day, his coach said that they would select 15 players to represent this team. All the learners put their hard work and master every skill that their coach had taught them.

Finally, it was the result day where someone will go fail and some will be selected. All the learner’s heartbeat was pounding fast. Then, their coach called the names and to boy’s big surprise, he found his name was on the team.

3 days after, they packed their clothes for a 10 day tournament. Their coach had arranged a mini bus for them. On the journey, they played and understood coach’s technique and tactics. Very soon they reached the destination and got settled in the hotel room. When they were resting and talking, the draw table came out and they found out that they had the 3rd match.

Each match was of 20 min half with 5 min of extra time. By the time two matches were over, they had already been prepared with their plans and strategy.

Their match was against one of the easiest teams called Ara fc. They easily won their first match by 4-0.Then,they played two more matches and lost both. They were next eliminated from the competition because they were third in their group.

After this incident, the boy stopped talking to everyone because he and his team mates had worked so hard still ended being on a losing side. He was depressed with his own performance and also with team’s loss.

One day, he saw an ant who was trying to climb the wall. The ant was falling off many times still kept persisting, at last it succeeded in climbing the wall. He was observing it and got an inspiration to never give up on anything.

After few months again that tournament was around the corner and he got selected in the team. With great effort and lots of struggle they advanced into the grand finale. Coincidentally the other team they were suppose to meet in the final was same team master fc whom they had lost last time.

Now final D-day came match started and master fc was in the lead position with two goals. Everyone in the audience thought it will be same old result and master fc would win this big clash. But to everyone’s surprise in the last 17 min the boy scored two amazing banger goals. On the last minute, the boy scored a solo goal and won the finale. He also was selected in an academy called Barcelona fc.

After this match, he narrated this story to his friend and told them whatever happens always keep fighting never ever give up because many of his friends also dealt with failures in their lives and his own story can be a learning lesson for them!
