CHAPTER-02

In a slow voice, Jacob murmured, "Jack, Jack, hey. Ha, ha, yes, yes, tell me, what are you thinking, Jack?"

"Why do you think that way? He is just a lost kid, don't overthink about it," replied Jacob.

"No, no, wait, see Jacob, when we met him, see, eyes are on my SWORD, did you observe that?"

"Yes, I do, but what's the matter with that, is that a problem?" asked Jacob.

"No, it's not like that, but his glances towards the sword made me uneasy, and I just got chills from that very look of his eyes. He may seem to be normal, but he has something inside we can't see. And do you observe that when he started to talk about something, he just fainted, which means something is stopping him from telling the truth? So, make sure that you don't ask any questions related to that accident," said Jacksain to Jacob Sain.

"Okay, Roger that."

AFTER A FEW DAYS...

{Whistling, whistling}...in the evening time, the sun is about to leave.

{Blink, blink}.{Cough, cough}.

"Where am I? Whoa, it seems like I was taken care of by that buddy. It's very peaceful here; this air seems to be clean, and my mind suddenly feels light-weight. Shhh, shhh."

{Thud, door open}.

"Oh, you finally woke up. Glad you are awake. Aaa...aaa. sorry, - Miss."

"Miss? Call me Sasha, and I am the same age as you."

"Okay, okay, Sasha."

“How are feeling right now?” asked Sasha.

“Ya, ya, I am partially good and I think I will be alright with some rest,” said Jonas to Sasha.

"By the way, you were unconscious for three whole days, so make a stretch of your body and have a tour around the house."

"She really has some strange energy that makes me excited."

"{Inner voice} Wtf, for three days are you guys kidding me?"

{Thud, thud}.

"Whoa, whoa, what was that? Did something bad happen?"

"Hey, hey, don't worry; it's the sword training of my two brothers. If you are excited, take a look at it and make sure that you keep some distance away from them."

"Why?"

"So, is there any problem?"

"Not like that, but their mana pressure will be different," said Sasha.

"{His inner voice} Yes, I remember it; that's the feeling I felt when I first came into this world."

"Whoa, okay... wait, whoa, whoa... Mana? Mana??? You mean like some sort of magical power, in that way?" asked Jonas.

"Yes, absolutely. Have you never ever heard of that? You are really something. Can you explain to me in detail about this sword and that pressure and this, mana concepts?"

"Okay, sure," said Sasha.

"So, this is crazy; he didn't know about mana. Either he must have lost his memory or he must be acting. I wanted to ask him about how he got here, but my brother said, 'Don't ever ask that question, and you better explain things to him.'"

"Okay, listen carefully; you are in Okaiwa the city. Here, people use swords with a combination of magic. It's not like the fairy tale you heard in your childhood. There will be no wards and kind of things like flying and spells; it's not like that; it's just the sword magic. The more you train with the sword, the more you can unravel the magical power of that sword. In short, the more you train, the better you can become of yourself. Okay, then the rest you will figure it out soon enough. I think you are not fully recovered so, better take a rest for a few days, make yourself comfortable here," said Sasha.

"{WITH GRATITUDE} Oh... yes... okay, Thank you for having me and taking care of me."

Sasha just laughed and made her way back to the other room.

"After a few movements, my body feels disturbed, and it's more like when you're stuck in the tides of the ocean. So, let's make the body move and later I open the door and there are so many beautiful paintings around the house and there are so many rooms like the sword room to the right side of the 2nd floor, guest rooms on the 3rd floor, and there is a gigantic Library which has so many books and the more I go into the library the more it gets. And the most exciting thing about this house is the training grounds; it's more like an open area and it is present on the ground floor and there are so many other rooms in this house I will visit them one by one. I slowly placed myself in the training ground."

{THUD, THUD, THUD}

"Their mana presence while fighting is more than usual and I just can't take my eyes off when they swing their sword. I keep on and on looking at them…”

“Hey, kiddo, you are finally awake," asked Jack.

"Ya, yes, thanks for taking care of me this whole time."

"It's okay kiddo, make yourself free and comfortable.."

"Aaa, sir, may I ask you a question?"

"Hey, don't call me sir, my name is Jackstan and he is my younger brother Jacobstan. Ask me any question you need," said Jack.

"Why is your sword glowing and roaring?" asked Jonas intensely.

"{JACK inner voice} That's impossible, No way, that simply is impossible, this kid is able to see the dragon in this sword. NO WAY, even some of the KNIGHTS of this kingdom can't sense the dragon presence and yet, he is able to listen to it. He is a genius or what?"

"Nothing like that kiddo, it's just glowing because I am sending my mana to this sword and releasing it with more power so it looks like it is glowing. And there is something like the sound from the sword, you may be imagining that, so, you better take a rest for a while, go, go take some rest," said Jackstan.

"{Inner voice of Jonas} No, something is off. I can clearly hear that certain sound from the sword and yet, he is not sending mana to that sword that much more to do the things.. Ya, ya ya, I also thought that way, I better take a rest, thank you, Jack."

"{SLOWING BACKING OFF TO HOUSE}"

"Hey brother, do you think he is imagining things like that?"

"Definitely not Jacob, he is more dangerous than you think. He may be not trained but he has some serious skills and observation skills. Jacob, you better keep an eye on him. Ok then, let's go to the room and freshen up and we will have our dinner."

{AFTER DINNER}

Ok, brother, I am good to bed goodnight, Jack and Jacob.

"And you, Jonas, take some rest and if you have any type of concerns make sure to wake me up, and don't wake brothers they are really busy, got it?"

"Yes, okay Sasha if there is anything up I will inform you immediately. Thanks, and good night."

"Okay, you too," said Sasha and everyone went to sleep that night. {DOOR CLOSES}

{AROUND MIDNIGHT}

Eyes open, okay then Everyone must be sleeping by now, I will take a quick tour around that library. {DOOR OPEN}

Slow footsteps, one by one, and now, on my way to the library but that blue essence and that roaring sound from that swords attracted me more than that library and I slowly took steps towards it and {step, step} the more I take towards the sword the more I am getting curious and that very moment I hold that sword, just dropped it ….

{groan}{groan} Ouch, that is really painful, it is more like a burning sensation to me like a third-degree burn to me.

“Hey, kiddo what are you doing here this late night near the training ground, and why there is a sword out there?” asked Jack.

{INNER VOICE} Looks like I am really in trouble.

"Oh, oh I. I was just wandering around the house. I rested more than enough, so I didn't feel like sleeping, just walking here and there and that sword really looks like I am just taking a look at it."

{ABOUT TO PICK UP THE SWORD}

"This thing is not to play {shivering}..oh what happened Jack? Is there a problem.."

"No, nothing like that, it's just my hand pain due to my serious training."

"Okay, then leave the things here and go back to bed and from tomorrow you are going to train with the swords and I hope you are ok with that? Asked with a smile."

{inner voice of Jonas} It looks like I don't have a choice but to accept and I should survive this world and I should find out the reason for my existence.

"Ya, sure why not, I am glad that I am about to learn new things."

{JACK POV} He is more like a double-edged sword and I need to care for him and make sure he is not in the wrong hands.

{JONAS POV} That sensation makes a mark on my hand and it looks like a snake or something. And I will make sure to hide this well and, to be frank, I am really excited about this sword training and I want to see more of what this world has to offer me {small laugh}

"Let's go.
