COVID-19 UNTOLD STORIES

A man was born on nearly end of 90's and stopped his schooling at age of 8 due to his family's economic situation. But he was been very much interested in serving people but he couldn't afford to study any further and made a decision about taking care of his family. Years later he got married and had a beautiful baby girl as his daughter and named her 'Aila'. Aila is cheerful and enthusiastic and loves her father a lot. On that mere time he receives a phone call by evening on March 12^th asking him to come to hospital soon.

 

As he is an ambulance driver, he  thought it was a mere pass work call but didn't expect that to be a life changing moment. Yeah you're guessing correct. It's the day when covid 19 started. Since that day he didn't came to house properly and visited his daughter. That made her daughter pretty sad. Then the virus become too severe. Where all where put down under heavy restrictions and new term "lockdown" has been introduced. He was working day and night and took covid test alternative weeks to prove he's fine. But unknowingly his daughter got affected by covid.

 

As she had respiratory issues from childhood, it becomes severe. In the midnight she was taken to the hospital in emergency ward and kept under isolation and doctors were treating her. It became almost early morning then she finally opened her eyes. She looked for her father who drove her last night. He wasn't present in the room. Her mother looked broken and diminished. All her relatives were around her. She finally realised her father died while working as a front line worker because he didn't pay much about his health while taking other patients to hospital. This made his condition severe and he didn't let anyone know this because this a job where he can serve people.

 

 It's a great inspiration for others. But for the family—the daughter lost her father. The wife lost her husband. And his mother lost his son—this is something that cannot be replaced. Aila is too small to understand it. But anyhow. She's living in this world by thinking her father is always around her.
