Do It Hard!!!

You know, life is full of unexpected outcomes!!! Well, it’s not a new thing that I am saying, obviously!! But why I am saying this because life keeps making you realize time to time that there is nothing constant in this world !! Nothing!!

Change is the ultimate truth and it is inevitable!! So true!!!

You come on this planet as an infant (well not a new thing I am saying .. ), start of your journey when you start to crawl, then you start walking holding your mumma’s and papa’s hands, and then you start walking by yourself!!!

You fell, yet you stand, you fell again, but again you stood up, and this time too you fell, and again you stood up... and keep on repeating it several times, you made the first walk, all by yourself!!

Though it would have been for a shorter period, yet you didn’t stop there, you keep on going, moving forward and you learned to walk!! Isn’t it? Sounds simple.. but for an infant it is not, and what’s the thing to look at here is, the enthusiasm and the hope that the parents have when their child walks for the first time and the happiness they have on their faces can only be imagined by them, and only by them!! And that’s true!!!

Let me tell a second fact too along with the above one.

 You all must have heard about Chinese Bamboo tree, sure you all would have!! You know a Chinese Bamboo tree takes five years to grow!!

That’s right!! Five years!! They have to water and fertilize the ground where it is everyday and it doesn’t break through the ground until the fifth year. But once it breaks through the ground, within five weeks it grows 90 feet tall !! Yes, that’s right... 90 feet tall!!

Well did that tree grew up in 90 days or in five years? Well the answer is obvious, it grows tall 90 feet in five years!! And you know why?

Because at any time the person had stopped watering, nurturing and fertilizing the tree, that bamboo tree would have died in the ground.

And like that we can see people coming out to you saying how long you have been doing this? How long you have been working on your dreams??  And here you have nothing to show!! Right !!

 And believe me, people are going to do that you, they pinch off and say things that you don’t like and you instantly doubt your worth that whether you are capable of achieving that dream of yours or not!!  And because of this reaction, when people don’t see instant results, they give up. They don’t water, nurture and fertilize that dream anymore because they don’t see any instant result!!

But Life doesn’t go that way!! You have got to keep watering your dreams. You have got to be like that Bamboo tree where you have grow first from inside, from within. And why??

Because there will be things that’s gonna catch you off guard!! Things that gonna deviate you from your path!! And therefore you have got to deal with and handle it as it comes!! And not only that, you got to have that faith and patience that keeps you moving forward!!

 YOU HAVE GOT TO KEEP MOVING FORWARD AND PLUGGING AWAY!!

During those hard times, you know, when things didn’t work out and I am sure out of 1000 times 999 times it won’t !!! But what will keep moving towards that dream is your faith and patience and that believe in yourself that if for 999 times it’s not gonna work out, I am gonna try 999 times more to make it happen!!! That should be the spirit at all times, at each second and at each moment !!!

But there comes a time in our lives when we need someone whom we can say anything and they can just pick us up from that dread fall and get us keep moving!!

 That’s where your friends come at!! That’s where your believers come at!!! And if you don’t have any believers and friends, then go and reach out to your family in your hard times, go talk to them, have conversations and they will listen you.

That’s why I shared the two stories above. You know during this journey of ours where we all are constantly struggling to make our dreams come true, I have realized we look into other people so much to lift us up that we totally forget the ones who have actually watered and nurtured us and they continue to do so. 

Yes, I know there will be people in your life, your best friends who know a great deal about you. True !!! Agreed !! But there will be times where you won’t have your believers and your best friends to say anything, then what?

Then, just gave a call to your family who is praying for your dreams, who is constantly living with you still being apart at a distance, who is actually living that dream with you, just give them a call, your one word and they will get to know how you are!!

Feeling sad, down, happy, cherish-able, enjoying etc..etc..it could be anything...they would just simply reach out to you and say, WE ARE WITH YOU AND YOU JUST GO OUT THERE AND MAKE IT HAPPEN FOR YOURSELF AND FOR US!!!

That’s why I included the infant’s story above. Because during this fast paced life we tend to forget the ones who really care about us and who really want us to see succeed in our life!!!

And that’s why I included the above two examples where in this struggle of yours you have to be first grow yourself from within, where you will get to know who you are and how can you achieve your dreams !! You will get on a journey where you will go up, then you will fall down and then you will, commit some mistakes and then you have got to learn from those mistakes!!

There is a quote by Emma Watson where she says “Life’s a journey and the sad thing is you only learn from experience, so as much as someone can tell you things, you have to go out there and make your own mistakes in order to learn.”  That’s very true indeed !!

And when you commit those mistakes, no matter what, people are gonna judge you !! They will pinch you off!! It is at that time when your true character comes out, you get to know yourself who you are and you go out there and change yourself and make a better version of yourself so as to make yourself see how much you have achieved and how much you can achieve!!!

That’s when you realize your true worth, your true identity !!

And the ones who chose to stay with you during those mistakes, during those hard times, believe me, they are your true believers. Because they know what you are capable of and they will be with you, no matter what the situation is, no matter what anybody else say.

Even if they have to stand alone with you, they will and trust me, don’t let go of these people so easily!! As they know what you are capable of and you too should support them to the fullest like they have been doing this for you throughout your journey!!!

And you know someone said “ THE HARDER THE BATTLE, THE SWEETER THE VICTORY!!!”

Oh, it’s sweet to you!!! And it’s good to you!! And you know Why??

Because when it’s hard and there is a struggle, what you become in the process is far more important than your dream. That’s far more important.

The kind of person you become, the character that you build, the courage and the faith that you develop for yourself !! 

It’s all together a different feeling !!

You get up in the morning, look yourself in the mirror and see a different person altogether!!!

You walk with a different kind of spirit!!!

And people know that you know what life is!! That you have embraced life!!!

And you know what’s the greatest thing.....

THAT PEOPLE KNEW IT WAS HARD!!! 

BUT YOU DID IT HARD!!!
