Golden Book

It was Wednesday with a cold morning as it was winter season. And a usual day for Alfred. Alfred woke up from bed early that morning and went on to have bath and then took a Quick breakfast and took up his bag and hurried towards the school as he was late. That day Alfred noticed the entrance of the most famous confectionary brand's factory. He always walks through that road and sees the factory and always wanted to visit it and eat there freshly made chocolate, but it was only his imagination as he cannot enter it.so he walked towards his school. In school he spend his day and returned home .After returning from school, he did his snacks and took newspaper and reading it, his mind was blown away when he read that the owner of the world's biggest confectionary brand just announced that there is kind of lucky draw in which he will publish many books all around the world .And every book will have a cover around it and the people will have to tear the cover to see if the book colour is golden, then they can come to our factory, show that golden book and then they can enter the confectionary factory and explore all its secret and will also get lifetime confectionary supply, but only 5 books are having that golden colour . After hearing this everyone was shocked. Everyone started buying that book. Alfred saw all things and wanted to buy but he was not as already all around the world two people got that cover. But it was his birthday coming.

It was the day when Alfred was having his birthday and after waking up, he went to school came home and, in the table, he saw a gift box.

"What's this mom, on the table mom? "Asked Alfred eagerly.

"It's your birthday present son, "said her mother.

"But, what's inside this box? "Asked Alfred.

"Open the box, and you will know it, "said his father.

After that Alfred opened up the wrapping and saw a book.

"Mom and dad is it a book that may have a golden cover beneath "asked Alfred as he was filled with shock.

"Yes, you right "exclaimed her mother. 

"Now open it and see if you won or not, "said his father.

Alfred slowly started opening the cover and his hands were shaking. he then opened the cover and saw that there was nothing beneath the first cover.

"Oh, there's no golden cover beneath it "said Alfred in a sad voice.

"Don't be sad kid, it's just a lucky draw and maybe you win next time "said her mother and trying consoling him

"Yes, and now let's go and cut the cake, "said his father.

The family then celebrated his birthday but inside only Alfred was too sad that he didn't get a golden cover. But after that he forgot that.

On a cold morning, Alfred woke up and went to the school and then after hours came to his house. After coming to his house Alfred helped his mom with some house works. After helping her mom, he got some money from her mom as reward. After getting the money Alfred was so happy and went outside the house and went to spend that money. After walking for some time, he started to get tired and saw a magazine shop nearby. He went into it and sat on a chair and started reading a magazine and then Alfred saw something in the rack. He saw a book that may have a golden cover beneath. Alfred knew that he couldn't win but still he tried and bought a book. His hands started to shake again. He opened the cover and then something glittered into his eyes and then he discovered that he had got the last golden book. After seeing this Alfred jumped in his place filled with joy and happiness that he had got the golden book. And after this he visited the factory and got many confectionary items.
