'lucky-mucky lottery' was written in the newspaper in the hand of Kevin. he was an ugly man with a grey beard and hair. he used to work at a job where he had to drill holes into walls so he used to get less money for that. he said, "lucky-mucky lottery! wow! I will definitely buy this lottery ticket." then he quickly ate his lunch and went out to buy the ticket. the cost of the ticket was ₹1000. Kevin brought the ticket and came back home. at that night Kevin could not wait for the results to come. his every minute was going like a year. he could not sleep all night. finally at around 4 am he slept. he woke up at 8 am only and as soon as he woke he saw the newspaper to see the results. did he win? yes, he won the lottery. when he saw this, he jumped out of his bed and started to dance. he was very overjoyed. he dressed up nicely and went to collect the money. he was very happy. he thought that why go on the job and do so much hard work where you can get money without doing anything. so Kevin decided to buy one more lottery ticket. he brought one more ticket and waited for the results but didn't win this one. so he brought one more but didn't win that one too. like this, he kept on buying lottery tickets but didn't win any of them. now he had only ₹1000 left. so now he had only one chance left to win the lottery. with hope, he now brought one last ticket and waited. the results came. but his name was not on the results. he got very dejected. he now had no money left with him. he had won ₹10000 but he wasted them and also lost his job because of his greediness.

The moral of the story- we should not be greedy.
