Guru – What does bring you here?

Man – I don’t believe in people like you. But I am here to ask something I am worried and as well as curious about.

Guru – Do you believe in God?

Man – Yes, I do. But not in people who pretend to be God.

Guru – (smiling) That is enough for me. So, what is your worry?

Man – For a few days, a dog is following me everywhere. Even he started to live in front of my house. I have tried so many times to beat him or scold him to run away. But every day he ended up sitting near my house. I am so much frustrated with it. 

Guru – Has he ever tried to hurt you?

Man – No. But I don’t want a dog. I don’t like animals at all. 

Guru – Okay. I can solve your problem. But you have to bring him here. Can you do that?

Man – Of course, he is already going to follow me whenever he sees me.

Guru – Bring him here and that dog will never become a trouble for you.

(Next day, that man got able to bring the dog in front of Guru. At first, he barked at the Guru but later when the guru patted his head and back. The dog started to play with him.)

Guru – I can make sure that he is not going to follow you anymore. This dog is stubborn but I’ll manage that.

Man – But, why? Why does he want to stay with me? 

Guru – You will not believe me if I answer that question.

Man – Let me decide that.

Guru – Do you believe in reincarnation?

Man – Yes, but partially. 

Guru – This dog is your grandfather.

Man – What stupid nonsense!!!

Guru – As I told you, you’ll not believe me.

Man – But, how is that possible?

Guru – Your grandfather has reincarnated as a dog in his next life. By coincidence, he found you. Maybe some of his past life memories are still present in his mind. So he never ended up run away even you beat him or scolded him.

Man – Is it possible?

Guru – Will you believe if I tell you? Of course, it can. Don’t worry, I told him that he can live with me from now on. You are free now. But only one condition follows. He will follow you last time and if you shout at him one more time, he will never come back to you.

(Completely shocked that man returned to his home and dog followed him as well. In the evening, that man came out from the house with some food in his hand.)

(That dog was looking at him.)

Man – I don’t know what to say and how to believe all of this. But you must be hungry, here is some food for you.
