Karma Is Everything

Ritisha was very happy because today she was going to college to get her degree. She did not know that that happiness was about to be seen by someone. She had just gone to college when her best friend called her and asked where she was. If I am also coming, I will meet you directly. Ritisha tells him that she is in the admin office block.

Ritisha and Mukul studied together since the beginning and almost always stayed together in college. Mukul liked Ritisha, although Ritisha had rejected him because she liked someone else and their relationship was confirmed. Ritisha and Mukul had fought many times regarding all these things. Mukul wanted to spend time with Ritisha just once and perhaps with this desire he was going with her to get her college degree that day.

On the other hand, Ritisha had moved ahead in life with good memories of college and there was nothing in her mind about Mukul. She was very happy with Mudit and her relationship. She was completing all the formalities in the admin office when she got a call from Mukul and he says that I am waiting for you in the car outside the cafe. Ritisha asked him not to go in the car and come out to the cafe, but he said that we would have lunch together in a nearby restaurant, it was about to be lunchtime and the officers would also take a break, so we would also come after having lunch. After a long time, Ritisha agreed that it was okay.

After finishing all the work, she went to meet him and sitting in the car, both the friends hugged and started going for lunch. On the way, when Mukul wanted to know from Ritisha about her proposal, Ritisha said, Mukul! You are still in the first thing of two years, my answer was the same today as it was yesterday, and started smiling showing her engagement ring.

Mukul was a little surprised to see that he had planned the marriage so soon. He said Ritisha, your dreams were something else, you had to go to Bangalore and live your dream world and you are getting married. Ritisha said dreams are still the same! He has found a companion in his journey. Mudit is a good person and I am happy with him.

Hearing this, Mukul stopped the car on the side and hugged Ritisha very tightly, Ritisha, you know I like you, I want to spend time with you, come on! Let's go now, I will love you more than Mudit. Saying this he started kissing Ritisha. Ritisha was very uncomfortable. She pushed Mukul back several times and finally, Mukul held both her hands tightly and started kissing her on the lips, kissed her forehead, and slowly he moved from her shoulder to her waist. Ritisha started crying and screaming. He was feeling very uncomfortable and in pain. After much effort, she finally succeeds and hits his sandal on his head and runs away. Mudit was about to come to pick up Ritisha, he had thought in the morning itself that after getting the degree, they would go home together and celebrate. Ritisha somehow went to the washroom locked herself in and started crying.

After some time, Mudit's call came and after hearing Ritisha's voice, he understood that something had happened. He traced Ritisha's location as quickly as possible and went to her. With great difficulty, she came out of the washroom, as soon as Mudit saw her he lost his senses. Her hair was disheveled, her kohl was spread, her lipstick was gone, her ears were red, there were nail marks on her neck, and blood was flowing from her waist.

Without thinking anything, without asking anything, Mudit made Ritisha sit in the car and took her to the hospital. Mudit fearfully told the doctor to do all the tests, I doubt whether Rishu was raped and after saying this he remained silent and sat on the ground. After 2–3 hours, after all the reports came, the doctor called Mudit and said, thank God! It is not what you feared. There was a little relief on Mudit's face and a lot of questions in his eyes. The doctor knew and said that an attempt was made to force her. Blood was flowing from his waist which was due to the bite. There is no need to worry, Ritisha is out of danger and will regain consciousness in some time. 

Calls had started coming from home as it was approaching evening.

Mudit gathered courage picked up the phone and said that both of them were together and would be coming home in some time. As soon as Ritisha regained consciousness, Mudit made her sit in the car without asking any questions and brought her home. When the family members saw Ritisha like this, they lost their senses and started asking thousands of questions. Mudit explained to them gently and said let's let Ritisha rest for now, when she gets well then we will ask her everything.

After making Ritisha lie down, Mudit started to leave when she stopped him hugged him, and started crying a lot. Mudit silenced him and said, Rishu, rest now, your stitches are raw, don't cry, you will feel pain. Ritisha hugged Mudit sat in his arms and shivered. 

After a few hours, Ritisha said, Jaan, won't you ask what happened? 

Mudit said just one word, Mukul? 

Ritisha nodded her head yes. Before Ritisha could say anything, Mudit kissed her forehead and said, darling, everything is fine, nothing happened. Both of them slept with each other like this.

The next morning Ritisha gathered great courage and told everything to everyone. Everyone hugged him and said we are with you, take whatever decision you have to take. Ritisha had lost her mental balance, she did not know what was right and what was wrong. Those words, those screams were echoing in her ears, she was not able to forget them even after forgetting them. She was afraid that Mudit would also leave her. Mudit knew what was in her mind and said, Rishu, we are together and will remain so.

It had been 15 days since this incident and there was no relief in Rishita's health, this incident had a deep impact on her mental condition. It was becoming difficult for Mudit to bring him out of this trauma. He talked to Rishu's doctor and told him about the entire condition, the doctor advised him to meet a psychiatrist. Mudit obeyed the doctor and took Rishita to the doctor, the doctor told her to be happy and take care of her and asked her to take some therapy sessions. Gradually Rishita's sessions started and her health started improving, along with this Mudit brought her many spiritual books so that she could keep herself busy and get well soon.

After two months, Rishita's health became completely fine. This was his last session of therapy. After saying bye to the doctor, Rishu and Mudit were leaving when they bump into a sucker and it was none other than Mukul. Rishita trembled after seeing him and held Mudit tightly. As soon as Mukul raised his face to say sorry, he fell at Rishita's feet and started apologizing to her. Rishita, forgive me, I don't know what happened that day. How I did all this and how I crossed my limits and because of all this I lost my dear friend forever, he started apologizing for his actions. Before Rishita can say anything, the doctor comes there and says, Hey! Mukul, you are here. Why are you sitting like this? Come on, get up, the session has to start.

Mukul went inside quietly. Both Mudit and Rishita were surprised, by Mukul's sessions. When he asked the doctor, he said that he was my patient and he had started taking sessions with me just two months ago. He did not discuss his case with me in detail, but I do know that he did something due to which he was unable to control his mental instability. As of now, his case will take time to heal. And she asked how do you know them? Before Mudit could say anything, Rishita said, ma'am, Mukul!

The doctor was surprised after hearing this. Rishita true! Rishita nodded yes. The doctor was surprised because just a few days ago Rishita had said that she would recover and take action against Mukul. He did not know that Mukul himself was going through trauma. Mudit asked the doctor to take good care of him and thanked him for Rishu.

Mudit did not turn the car towards home but turned it somewhere else, Rishita asked where are we going? Mudit said, have a little patience, and closed his eyes. After some time, Mudit brought her somewhere holding her hand, opened her blindfold, and said, darling! Open your eyes. As soon as Rishita opened her eyes, she sat down with her head bowed happily. Both of them had come to Mahadev's temple. Rishita had not gone to the temple since that incident and that was the first day when he was in the temple. Rishu thanked God very much, Mahadev ji himself had punished Mukul for his actions. Rishita told Mudit that today I am feeling free. I cannot forgive Mukul but any punishment will be small compared to God's punishment, so I do not want to give any punishment. I want to start a new life with you. Everything is new, like our own! Mudit was happy to see her happy and said today I have found my Rishu. Thank you, God!
