Land Of The Dead & Living

Daenerys will conquer her way back to Mereen, then move on to Dorne. Dorne will raise their armies and add them to Dany's already considerable forces, and they will head to King's Landing.

Cersei will go on trial and declare trial by combat, thinking to take a page from Tyrion's book. Her champion will be the Mountain, and the High Septon will choose from the common people - a large-ish gravedigger with a bad limp and a burn-scarred face. Clegane Bowl will happen, the Hound will knock off the Mountain's helm, revealing him to be the "empty suit" that he always said knights to be, vindicating his entire message throughout his life. Of course the way to kill undead is fire, and the Hound will have to overcome his greatest fear if he wants to defeat his greatest enemy.

Cersei will be thrown into a cell to await her sentence, and Jaime will spring her the same way he did Tyrion. She will change Jaime's plans - just like Tyrion did - and her course will be to go light the wildfire she's been hoarding. Jaime will have learned how bad this could go - after what happened with Tyrion - and follow her. Jaime will try to stop her from lighting the wildfire, and his golden hand will melt, killing Cersei. Much of King's Landing may burn.

Dany will arrive in King's Landing and dispense judgement. Tyrion will speak for Jaime, and Dany will see that he has been trying to do the right thing. Jaime (being the son of Aegon the Mad King and Joanna Lannister) will ride the white dragon.

Jon will take back Winterfell and reclaim the North. Children of the Forest will take Bran and company through some tunnels and they'll arrive back in Winterfell via the tunnel beneath the crypt. Jon will then find out a whole bunch of stuff from Bran regarding the Starks, the Others, and his parentage. Eventually the White Walkers will make their way further south, and Jaime and Dany and the dragons will all go to fight at the Wall.

There will be a huge battle, Jon (or more likely Bran) will warg one of the dragons (probably Drogon), causing it to flip out and kill a lot of people. Dany will try to soothe him to save everyone, getting herself killed in the process. Gendry dies killing Drogon.

The Wall will melt, flooding the Gift and much of the North for a time. Jon will be about to die, and Theon will show up leading the Ironborn fleet to save Jon's ass. They will all go south and besiege King's Landing.

Tyrion will go out to treat with Jon and Jaime, but neither will be willing to trust the other. Tyrion will forge a chain of logic to convince Jon to agree to a new pact: Jon keeps the North, and takes with him Arya, Catelyn, Jorah, Bran, and Theon. All of the "cripples, bastards, and broken things." The pact will be sealed with the marriage of Sansa to Podrick, and Tyrion will also go to the North as a "hostage."

If any dragons live, it will go like this: either Drogon is dead while Jon and Jaime each keep one of the other two, or Jon keeps Drogon, Jaime keeps the white one, and Tyrion keeps the green one, which he uses to spend half his time in the North and half in the South.

But that's if the dragons live, which I find doubtful.

In the end, there will be the Land of the Dead in the North, and the Land of the Living in the South. The realm will be in balance, and whatever middle ground is left after the flooding subsides (if any) will likely be permanently spring. I suspect Sansa and Podrick will rule from Winterfell, which will be rebuilt as a more cheerful place.
