Let's Fight Against COVID 19

Hello dear readers,

First of all, I want to request everyone to be calm and to be patient during this COVID 19 situation.

Our MOTHER EARTH is suffering from COVID 19 and all of us are vary depressed about it but getting depressed is not the solution. We have to fight against it by following proper government orders and taking proper care at home.

“RUNNING AWAY FROM THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE SOLUTIONS, FACING THE PROBLEM IS THE SOLUTIONS.

So again I request all of you not to get depressed because if we get depressed it will affect our health.so having patience is our first priority...No problem stay longer and this COVID 19 will fade away soon if we will take proper care.

One more thing I will suggest you relieve your stress is to talk with family..remind all beautiful memories that can make you smile...this way you can relieve your stress. Hard time makes us strong and this situation will also make us stronger... God is here to protect us...so have faith in him....do meditation....take proper care and stay safe... Thank you......
