There comes a time in everybody's life, when one becomes emotionally vulnerable. You feel drenched and possibly can not identify what will get you out of it.

The feeling of wrath and sadness takes you places and to people. You keep looking for reassurances and approvals. Even after getting repudiated, you keep going to the same places and chasing the same people. All you do that in the hope to find peace and in desperation of being understood. You fail, you fail and you fail but you do not give up as it suffocates you within. 

This state of mind of yours which people call ANXIETY or DEPRESSION or some call it MENTAL ILLNESS. Where you feel caught, u run out of breaths in the open air, you lose senses in-crowd a. Basically, you run away from the world around you to find peace.


You eventually and gradually learn to fight with yourself and make peace with it. However, the desperation of being understood by others the way you do it always stays. The wrath which comes of out being misunderstood kills you from within. No matter how much you try to keep yourself calm and try to explain to people on the other side, the failure hurts.

At the same time, the sane part of your mind feels embarrassed for opening your wounds to somebody who does not understand and may consider you a freak or a retard.

But the fact is, it's your own responsibility to not expect that understanding or peace from a person or a place.


BE YOUR OWN HERO. hold yourself tight and smile bright until you no longer feel free and breathe in the open air and get ur own sanity back.
