Logline-

The story is about a post mortem employee named Mr.k.k.manjar. Who after his retirement falls victim to a mental illness called “workaholic phobia”.in which he daydreams and imagines himself doing post mortem work. A daydream in which manjar performs post mortems of many of his close friends and relatives who are alive in real life.    

 

SHORT SYNOPSIS- 

This story starts from a government hospital and because of which this story begins, the name of this character is "K.K.MANZAR". K.K .Manzar turns 60 years old and retires from the service of Government Hospital. By the way, the work of the k.k.manzar was somewhat different and scary. K.k.Manjar works as a post mortem employee in Government Hospital. Today he retires and goes to his village home. But , after this incident , Manjar starts harassing by his empty hands , he gets a mental disease called "workaholic phobia". According to this disease, the patient is aware of his work. Going ahead, the scene goes on every day in the same dream that I am doing the post mortem of someone . During this dream, Manjar starts dreaming of the post mortem of the dead of his close relatives and relatives who are safe and alive in reality. But after seeing this dream of the scene, the mysterious death of the same personal and relatives starts. 

 

 

 

DETAILED SYNOPSIS-

60 years old K. K. Manjar came to his residence village, after his retirement from service and He has started a new life with his family. But, these days K. K. Manjar is going through a tough time. And that is his thought  “We have nothing to do, now we are empty, unemployed”.In this same day, some family people come to see his 28 years old daughter Shalmali for marriage and his daughter’s marriage is arranged. His 30 year old son Pratap also gets promotion in his job, everything is going well.. 

But, in the next few days Manjar suddenly starts daydreaming. In which he begins to see dead people kept in a hospital and some medical weapons around them. As soon as he sees the dead person’s face he comes out of the dream. But, one such day manjar goes into a daydream and the house’s pet dog Tommy is murdered by him.. After seeing this strange scene, K. K. Manjar’s family gets scared and asks Manjar about it. Manjar says, “ I was in a dream and this dog murder was not done by me”.

K. K. Manjar comes and sits in his sixty year old childhood friend Ganga Chacha’s garage as per his daily routine. Ganga Chacha asks his friend K. K. Manjar , about the murder of his pet dog. Manjar tells Ganga Chacha as a friend about his imaginary dreams and the dead bodies he sees. Moreover, he tells Ganga Chacha about a dream he had about him, in which Ganga Chacha’s dead body is placed on a stretcher in a hospital’s post-mortem room and the cause of his death is a car accident... K. K. Manjar tells Ganga Chacha to be careful.

At this time another thirty-three year old associate of K.K.Manjar, Pradeep Sheth, is approaching him.. Pradeep Sheth is a kirana store businessman in K. K. Manjar’s village. K. K. Manjar tells Pradeep Sheth about his dead body seen in his imaginary world, and makes a prediction about Pradeep. That “Pradeep has died of a heart attack and I have done his post-mortem in my dream”.. Moreover, Pradeep Sheth would have known everything about Ganga Chacha’s imaginary dream. He passes away.. and seeing this, manjars family and Pradeep Sheth become a little sad..

Ganga Chacha’s funeral takes place and Manjar takes a 28-year-old boy from the village named Altamas Sheikh to a nearby town to buy his daughter Shalmali’s marriage garment . .Everything is revealed about Manjar’s terrifying journey into the fantasy world.. Moreover, K. K. Manjar also has a dream about Altamash Sheikh, “in which Altamash is murdered, brutally murdered and placed on the post-mortem table.. 

After finishing the work in the city, Altamash and K. K. Manjar comes back to their village and they come to know that Pradeep Sheth of the village has died of a heart attack. That means Majar’s dream has come true once again. Actually, now Manjar’s family is a bit disturbed by his behaviour and he is looking for various solutions by typical Indian mentality.  Meanwhile, Ganga Chacha and Pradeep Sheth, who died in Manjar’s dream, come to seek justice and talk to Manjar. This also disturbs Manjar a lot.

Manjar begins to sleepwalk one night, he has a similar dream in which Manjar’s daughter Shalmali is married and her husband kills her for non-payment of dowry. Manjar cancels his daughter’s marriage following a fantasy. Manjar is shocked by this fantasy, Manjar has a panic attack and falls unconscious on the spot. Manjar's family admitted him to the Global Model Hospital of fourty year old Dr. Munshi who is a psychologist and brain specialist.. where K. K. Manjar’s son Pratap and colleague Altamash are interacting with Dr. Munshi. K. K. Manjar is admitted in hospital .. But in this story, when K. K. Manjar passes out in an unconscious state, all the incidents of death stop. For some days K. K. Manjar is admitted under the supervision of Dr.

Munshi. About Manjar, the doctor Munshi is told that K. K. Manjar is a victim of a disease called workaholic phobia.. according to this disease of workaholic phobia, the said patient starts imagining the work of his previous life through dreams

But , according to Dr. Munshi, there was no medicine for this disease. Even if this is some remedy for the disease, it is only and only to keep the patient comfortable for a long time by giving very serious drugs... Manjar is admitted under the supervision of Dr. Munshi. And Manjar, even in his pure state, embarks on a different journey into a fantasy world of dreams where he is met by countless dead people.

Story takes place thirty years ago’s Manjar's life ... In teenage K. K. Manjar has come to work as a compounder at Feroze Ganj Government Hospital. Here Manjar gets many doctors and colleagues.. As time goes by Manjar asks senior doctors and staff there for high paying jobs.  

 

Mazar gets the job of doing postmortem of dead bodies there and Feroze Ganj hospital management staff arranges for Manjar to stay in the mortuary of the hospital.. Manjar starts staying in the mortuary there.. Sometimes, there is a time when Manjar has to sleep in the row of many dead bodies at night. Manjar is very happy with this work. Meanwhile, he comes across many cases of strange dead persons. But ,Manjar successfully performs post-mortem on those persons. He gets more money , happiness and good wealth in his 30 years post mortem work journey. But , Manjar gets a notice from Feroze Ganj hospital and it comes to know that Manjar is going to retire in a few days.. he gets a little upset after reading this, because Manjar is engrossed in these dead bodies. Manjar starts doing the work of the last few days with a lot of heart. He interacts with each dead body and conducts their postmortem. 

Finally the day comes, the day Manjar is going to retire. He is about to leave the village. But, as he starts his return journey he takes with him a grudge.. One thing starts to weave in his mind, and that is “Now our hands will have nothing to do, we will now be unemployed or empty till the end of our lives” and His mind is traumatised by thinking about this and he imagines this post-mortem work through a mental illness called workaholic phobia.

 

Once again the story comes to Doctor Munshi’s hospital..Manjar is sitting up on the hospital bed in a slightly improved condition..He sees his people waiting alive once again. Majar is a bit scared seeing this. Because from Majar’s point of view or in Manjar’s story, his friend Ganga Chacha, Seth was dead. But here those persons are stopped alive.. This means that it was part of Manjar’s story. But, in the story all the people are alive. Manjar is once again well-adjusted and returns home after a difficult and strange journey of workaholic phobia ..
