Raelyn

This is a really story about my best friend,Raelyn.

Me and my friend Raelyn met in kindergarten.we were friends but not very close.we get older and in the 3rd grade we become best friends,we were young and she had some problems at home with her parents.Then I started to notice that Raelyn started to hangout with the popular group and just ditched me for them.It came to the point where she was running away from me on the playground, she never talked to me,she never looked me in the eye,and she would look straight through me.I felt awful,I felt as if it were somehow my fault.

I'm in 4th grade now and I really start to miss Raelyn again so I decided to say "hello".She doesn't run or anything she says "hi" back and we just start to catch up.Were best friends though the rest of 4th grade going into 5th.

I'm in the 5th grade now and are best friends with Raelyn.Exept were in different classes . There's a new kid named Carlos,him and Raelyn become friends. Carlos asked her out and she said yes.So her and Carlos were hanging out all the time so I became friends with him also. Carlos's best friend was also Wyatt.

We all became very closely friends.But eventually Raelyn and Carlos broke up.but they stayed very close friends.One day at recess Carlos told us tat he was moving.We were all pretty shocked at first but about a month and a half went bye and everyone forgot about it. The last time I saw him was when he had to go back to class because he had extra work to do,and I stayed out side at recess.When I came back to school on Monday I saved seats for me, Wyatt,Carlos and Raelyn.Raelyn didn't sit with me nether did Wyatt and I just guessed that Carlos was sick that day.so I sat alone for three days like that.when I saw Raelyn walk past me at lunch I asked her were Carlos was.She said with out any emotion in her voice "he moved ".I can't describe to you in words how I felt,the closest thing I can compare it to is that the worst depression,anger,sadness and hate I felt it all at once.but what made it worse was that my best friend left me when I needed her the most.Raelyn was gone for about a year.then I said hi again.and now that I'm going to middle school after all that I fought for after all the tears I've cried it was all for nothing now that there is such a high chance that I'm never going to see her again.She was always the one to say goodbye,and I said hi.now we both have to say bye.but we can text right we will see each other in the hall for 5 minutes,but truly is that enough for this friendship to last of?texts?You tell me would you give anything to go back and find your best friend or should you just stay wondering your entire life how would things be different if I would have held on to the best friend you will ever have.
