The protagonist, Major Robin, is a former Marine, settled in West Virginia. He's now working in Brooklyn as a Junior Investigating Officer for the Intelligence Bureau of the United States.

One fine day while heading towards the headquarters, he shares his tram seat with a well-built, aged military man. Robin made himself comfortable and was scrolling his phone's newsfeed when the man next to him introduced himself as ‘Asif’ and asked Robin about the latest news updates.

'Stock market rates are rising' Robin replied briefly. Before further acquaintance, he stood up as the Old Brooklyn station had arrived. Soon, on entering the IB headquarters, he meets Jemma Carbis-his boss, who gives him a new assignment and then introduces him to the staff already working on it.

“The IB, these days, is working on a task force to be deployed in Afghanistan to bring back 9 American hostages who had been working on classified scientific research in Yemen. Dr. Douglas Hill is the Senior Supervisor of our scientific team. The research revolved around a biochemical agent which was supposed to be developed by the end of 2020. It is speculated that they are taken captive by a militant outfit called ‘Zulfikar-e-taiba', funded by other terrorist groups from Syria and Somalia. The sole

reason behind capturing our scientists can be easily linked to the of misuse the biochemical agent that has the potential to power a WMD. We need to take them down before they brutally try to extract information from our researchers, thereby putting the lives of millions of Americans at stake. We've got a lead that the head of Zulfikar-e-taiba is currently in the USA and is unable to escape from illegal

border routes because of the enhanced security of navy seals. He is allegedly known as Ali Bin Sulieman. Major Robin, I want you to assist me throughout the mission, here at the headquarters,” adds Jemma.

Roger’s enclave.

“Young man, you’re welcome for the dinner tonight,” said Jemma. “Whoa, too much for a day,” Robin whispers and leaves for his home. He wears his best suit and leaves for the boss's house. He reaches there on time and greets her with a bouquet. After a brief conversation, they start their dinner. While

having dinner; Jemma receives a text from the team and she shouts, “It’s a lead! Zulfikar’s head is living with the name ‘Asif’ in the USA.” Robin is lost in his dream dinner and therefore couldn’t recall or connect to the name ‘Asif’. Jemma directs the team to collect some more specific information and

orders an undercover operation to hunt him down.

After the dinner, Jemma offered Robin to stay at her place since they had scheduled a meeting in the wee hours. In the night, Robin kept tossing and turning in his bed in the guest quarters. He couldn’t get over the name ‘Asif’. Finally, he recalled his

daybreak encounter with a man named Asif and yelled, “I KNOW ASIF!” in the middle of the night.

Hearing Robin shouts; Jemma is abruptly shaken to consciousness and...gives him a bewildered look.

'There must be many Asifs in the town Robin, let's not be racist. Talk some sense or better sleep over it, we'll discuss the details tomorrow.' says an irritated Jemma.

Robin springs out of his mattress and suddenly demands attention like a baby. 'Look Jemma ma'am, you know me. When I am in a working mood, I mean business.' Jemma sat erect looking at his somber face.

Please connect me to our team, as per my gut, I believe that the man who sat next to me in the tram, today morning while I was coming to Brooklyn is the same Asif we are looking for. Now you must be thinking how am I so sure, well the man had a massive built, it looked as if he had served in the military. His old face had years of experience and there was a twinkle in his eye very much contrary to how a man would feel while going to work on a Monday morning. Well, don't take the last thing seriously, it's just sometimes I wonder how do people not get bored while going to do the same desk job 5 times a week.

Jemma's change in expression with a look of I-ll-kill-you-if-you-joke-at-3am, didn't bother Robin much for it was in his nature to joke about pretty much everything.

Robin for once can you be serious? This is about saving the lives of a whole country, adds Vanessa, who was more than just Robin's colleague. Often they both were compared to Jake Peralta And Amy Santiago with the setting of Brooklyn giving the whole scenario a real literal effect.

Alright mommy, back to the point. So now what I suggest is Vanessa you lead an intelligence team, check the records from the Main Office and search about Asif meanwhile I'll get the sketch artist and circulate the picture to all of you. We'll keep our forces in the picture and ask the police to put the posters on-road and promise a heavy reward.

Robin what you are saying makes sense but we are not 100 percent sure that the Asif you met in the tram today is the same Asif.

Well, that's what your job is, find about the Asifs deployed in the US military and you know it would not be hard to reach a conclusion and don't worry after you and your team confirm that no Asif has retired recently, we'll start the process.

But what about the hostages, they are the real concern here. Chances are that Asif if found would not, in any case, lead us to the hostages which would create more ruckus.

Oh no, you didn't understand the point, to confuse the masses we will paste the picture of one of our 'friends who is currently in jail. This would make Asif and his gang believe that they are out of our radar and possibly they'll commit a mistake in overconfidence. Also, I want our sleeper cells to be active and walk-in trams all over the city tomorrow and look for our suspect.

Okay, who is ready for mission Robinson Cruise-o?

Goodnight Jenna. Says Vanessa just before hanging up

I wish you could be here with us today. Meet you soon Van. Goodnight

And that leaves Robin on his own, "Tomorrow is going to be a long day."
