The Last Night

In the morning, Ajay is watching TV in his house. He is a doctor and lives alone. He is sitting on his sofa. He hears a gunshot from outside. After a few minutes, someone knocks on his door. Ajay opens it. He sees a person who tells him that the police shot him and he needs immediate treatment. But, Ajay refuses and closes the door. The thief curses Ajay and says that even if he dies, he will take revenge. 

In the afternoon, Ajay sees the news which says that a thief had escaped from the jail this morning who was shot by the police and died later due to excessive bleeding.

At night, Ajay is lying on his bed playing with his phone. Suddenly, the clock in the room stops working. He hears the sound of utensils falling down in the kitchen. He goes and checks in the kitchen. Surprisingly, no utensil has fallen. When he is returning back to his room. The TV switches on by itself. The thief appears on the tv as a newsreader and reads the news that tonight he is going to kill Ajay brutally and then starts laughing in an evil way. 

Ajay tries to call the police with his mobile. But, the phone switches off. Then the curtain moves. Ajay goes and checks behind the curtain but there is nothing there. But, outside in the window he sees the thief and gets scared and moves backwards.

Then he tries to open the front door to go out. But the door doesn't open. He turns back as he hears some footsteps behind him. The ghost jumps on him. Ajay fights the ghost and stands up. He sees a mirror that does not show him. Ajay realises that HE IS NOW DEAD.
