The Loyal Dog

Once upon a time, there lived a man named Raju with his dog named Mario. Raju was a farmer, earning good, living a lavish life. He treated his dog very badly. He tortured it all day. His all days accumulated grudge was thrown on Mario. He only had kept the dog because his wife loved Mario. Though, he disliked Mario because, when he was a child he was bitten by a street dog in the leg, and the suffering he underwent that day, he wasn't able to remove from his mind.

One day he was walking with Mario near the river, suddenly he spotted a 2000 rupee note floating in the river. He wanted the money.

So he left Mario and dived into the river and swam very far and the money. But to his surprise, it wasn't money but just a piece of paper with 2000 written on it. As he was returning back, he found out that he had come very far and his energy had already been drained. He started to sink and shouted 'help, somebody help me.' and he went unconscious. Seeing his master drowning Mario dived into the river and swam straight ahead to save his master. He bit into his shirt and carried his master on his back to the shore. When Raju attained consciousness he found that wasn't in the river anymore, he thanked god. He got up and saw Mario wet and soon realized that he had been saved by Mario. He gave a big hug to him and promised him that he would never ill-treat him and keep him happy with him forever. Raju felt very guilty that they treated such a loyal dog so badly.

Now they both lived happily.

Moral: Always be kind to every creature in this world, they always pay your kindness back by helping you.
