On the evening of February 10, 2022, four girls in room 205 of the Indira Priyadarshini girls hostel at Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur held a meeting to plan a tour. They discussed their different opinions while Mamatha, a devotional and introverted girl, sat silently. The other three girls were Akhila, the highly extroverted girl; Suchitra, the talented dancer of the class; and Mohini, the university crush who was also a secret alcohol drinker due to her boyfriend cheating on her.

(Conversation)

Akhila: What are you guys thinking?

Mohini: I think Udaipur would be the best. We can visit the beautiful forts, lakes, and desert and          also have a thrilling experience drinking beer by the campfire at night.

Akhila: No way, I think Goa is the perfect choice. We can enjoy the beaches, hot guys, pubs, and a full-night beach party.

Suchitra:no darlings, I think Puducherry would be the best option for all of us. We can experience the blend of Indian and Portuguese cultures, visit the beaches, and Portuguese villas. It would cater to all of our tastes.

Akhila: But what about Mamatha? Will she be joining us on the tour?

Suchitra: Oh, I forgot about her. She always keeps herself away from extra-curricular activities because of studies.

Mohini: Hey Mam, are you coming with us or not?

Akhila: Mohini, she has to come with us. These are the last days of our college life and the best time to enjoy life.

Mamatha: No, Akhila. I have an interview next week, so I can't go on the trip with you guys. If you three monkeys want to go, then go ahead.

Suchitra: Hey, Mam. These days are not going to come back. We want to make our college days as memorable as possible.

Mamatha: No, Suchi. We have already enjoyed nearly three years in college. Those memories are enough sweet memories for us.

Suchitra: No, Mamatha. Those days are different. All the guys have the same memories, but we are the best friends forever. We need special moments to remember our friendship.

Mohini: Mamatha, Suchitra is correct. As friends, we need to have our own special moments.

Akhila: Hey sarswati Devi, you have to come with us for the tour. It's a promise of friendship. If you don't accept it, it means our friendship is over once and for all.

Suchitra: Yes, you have two choices. Either come with us or break our friendship.

Mamatha: No, guys, emotional blackmail again. Fine, I won't come to those three places you proposed.

Akhila: Mam, don't tell me you want to go to holy temples?

Suchitra: Really, she took us to temples only all these years.

Mamatha: Alright, then I'll choose one of the best tourist places in India. What do you guys say?

Mohini: Okay, I'll give you options. But you have to choose with your eyes closed.

Mamatha: Alright, I'll do it.

Akhila: Okay, I'll show you a list on Google. Choose one.

Mamatha: Alright.

Akhila: Okay, Mam, but first close your eyes.

Mamatha: Okay.

Akhila: There you go, choose one with your finger. Wherever you point, that's where we'll go.

Mamatha: Okay, guys.

(Akhila gave her mobile to Mamatha

Mamatha thought for a while and blindly chose "Auli" as the place to go on a trip.)

Akhila: No, you chose a place with no parties, beaches.

Suchitra: Yeah, Akhi, there's no forts, no villas, nothing. Just snow and forests and snow. Why, Mamatha, why did you choose that?

Mohini: It's okay, guys. You can enjoy the child-like excitement there. There I can drink my beer , it will be a thrilling experience.

Akhila: No, let's try again.

Mamatha: No, Akhi, I chose this one. You guys know me, I only choose something once, and this is final. If you want me to come with you, you have to agree with me.

Mohini: Okay, Mam. I support you on this because we want to make memories, regardless of where we go.

Akhila: Come on, guys, just one more time.

Suchitra: Akhi, if Mam has decided, it's a one-sided war, impossible to win over her.

Mohini: Akhi, Mam is coming with us for the first time. I think you need to postpone your Goa plan for this time.

Akhila: Hmm, it's true. If you want to go to Goa, just go for it. Don't plan it beforehand. It's my wish to go to Goa with you guys.

Mamatha: Akhi, if you want to go to Goa, I won't come with you. You know if I've decided once, it has to be done. We can go to Goa after getting a job.

Akhila: No, Mam, you're emotionally blackmailing me too.

Mamatha: No, yaar. Akhi, please agree with me. You know me well, and you guys are the best who can understand me.

Akhila: OK, yaar. I agree with you.

Suchitra: That's fine with me.

Mohini: Problem solved then. Tomorrow morning, pack everything you need, guys.

Mamatha, Suchitra, and Akhila: OK, Mo.

( Mamatha's inner thoughts: Yes, now I can visit the Badrinath temple. I know you'll ask me about it, so I already researched tourist destinations and chose Auli as our destination. There we can enjoy peace and I can visit Badrinath too. No parties, no beaches. Mamatha smiled with satisfaction.)

He dedicates himself to creating designs and securing financing, but his childhood friend Swarup is concerned about his health. Because of Arun working day and to design , without any break. On February 10, 2022, Swarup visited Arun's home and upon entering, he saw that Arun had been working on his designs since the morning.

( Conversation)

Swarup: good evening my brother,

Arun: good evening swarup,

Swarup: "Arun, my boy, you're working too hard. I think you need to Take a break "

Arun: "No, Swarup, you know me. I'll finish this first before taking a break."

Swarup: not just a small Break , bro you need a break from the entire work ,"If you keep working non-stop, it'll damage your health. Bro "

Arun: "I'll take care of my health. I don't need rest."

Swarup: "It's not just about exercise, healthy food won't give you good health. You need fresh air too. All this city air is polluted."

Arun: "I have an air purifier, I get clean air at home."

Swarup: "It's not just about fresh air, it's about experiencing new environments. This city is overwhelming."

Arun: "I'm not exhausted. I'm happy with my life, I don't need a break."

Arun : No, I can get photos of every single place on the earth , why do I need to go outside.

Swarup: no bro, it's not correct perception, if i show you photos of money will you get real money, both are different from one another so take some rest, go for a trip, it will give you exposure to cultures, customs , and you will be able to find what people want.

Arun: What a comparison bro ,"Hmmm... Give me a minute to think. My guru used to say to think fast but decide wisely."

Swarup: "Okay, I'll give you a minute. You need to decide if you're going on a trip or not."

(After a minute of contemplation, Arun decided to take a break.)

Arun: OK, bro. I'll take a break, but where should I go?

Swarup: Bro, I have a friend named Gyanesh Bisht who is from Joshimath, Uttarakhand. There ,You can get exposure to northern Indian culture there and enjoy the environment and hill station views.

Arun: OK, then. Call him and tell him that we are coming to Joshimath. I have a meeting with our clients in two weeks, but a one-week break won't affect my work.

Swarup: Wow, bro! That's quick thinking. I didn't even expect that from you.

Arun: What do you mean? I've always told you, bro, to think fast but make wise decisions. That's what I did.

Swarup: OK, bro. I'll book flight tickets for both of us, so pack your bag and get ready for Joshimath.

Arun: OK, bro.

Swarup: OK, then. Good night. See you tomorrow.

Arun: Good night, bro.

11th February 2022,

Arun and Swarup took their flight in Bangalore and reached Jolly Grant airport. From there, they took a taxi to Joshimath and arrived there at night. They met Gyanesh upon their arrival.

(Conversation)

Gyanesh: Welcome to Joshimath, Swarup and Arun. How was your journey?

Arun: All good, bro. Nice to meet you. I'm Arun, Swarup's friend from Bengaluru.

Gyanesh: I don't need an introduction, bro. Swarup told me everything about you. Whenever he calls me, he mentions your name. Let me introduce myself. I'm Lieutenant Gyanesh Bisht from the 3rd Kumaon Regiment. Lucky for you, I recently took some leave.

Arun: Wow, an army officer, a real hero for India's security. Thanks for everything, sir.

Gyanesh: Don't call me sir, brother. Now I'm your friend. You can call me Gyanesh.

Arun: OK, Gyanesh.

Swarup: OK, friends, I think our introductions are over. We can go home and talk more. It's cold outside.

Gyanesh: No, brother, my home is under repair, so I'll take you to Auli. The GMVNL Nanda Devi Eco Huts are a good place to stay.

Swarup: OK, let's go.

Gyanesh: I'll bring my bike and we'll go there.

Arun: OK, Gyanesh.

Gyanesh, Arun, and Swarup arrived at Auli and checked in. Arun suggested that Gyanesh stay with them for the night so they can discuss Joshimath and its culture. Swarup also invited Gyanesh to stay with them, but Gyanesh declined, saying that his mother was waiting for him at home. They agreed to meet the next day and have a meal with Gyanesh's mother. Gyanesh said goodbye to Arun and Swarup and left. Arun and Swarup went to their rooms.

On the other hand, Akhila, Mohini, Mamatha, and Suchitra also arrived in Auli and were staying in the GMVNL Nanda Devi Eco Huts, opposite to where Arun and Swarup were staying.

12th February 2022, morning

Arun and Swarup went to Gyanesh's home.

Arun and Swarup: Good morning, Gyanesh.

Gyanesh: Good morning, brothers. Welcome to my home. Meet my loving mother, Priyanka .

Arun and Swarup: Good morning, Aunty. (They took her blessings)

Arun: Where is uncle, Gyanesh?

Gyanesh: My father died in the Kargil war.

Arun: Sorry, brother. Forgive me.

Gyanesh: It's okay, brother. My father died as a hero and I'm proud of him.

Arun: Great, brother. You guys are really heroes.

Gyanesh: Don't praise me too much, bro. It's our duty to protect our motherland. Let's go inside and talk about it later.

Swarup: Yes, come on, Arun.

Gyanesh, Arun, and Swarup went inside and had their meal. Arun noticed a family photo and realized that Gyanesh was the only child of his mother. After lunch, he asked Gyanesh about it.

Arun: Gyanesh, are you the only child of the family?

Gyanesh: Yes, brother. I'm the only child of my family. My father died after my birth, so I'm the only child of my mother.

Arun: Bro, how did your mother allow you to join the army?

Gyanesh: At first, my mother kept me away from the army environment and always told me to join civil jobs like engineering or teaching. But the army was in my blood and I was unconsciously drawn to it. I finally joined the army and told my mother I joined as an engineer to build roads and tunnels. She agreed to it.

Arun: What about your mother, if you go back to the army, she has to stay alone at home.

Gyanesh: Yes, bro, but she has friends here to keep her company.

Arun: Friends are different from family. Sometimes she needs a family member's shoulder to lean on.

Gyanesh: Yes, bro. But my mom used to call me every time she felt alone.

Swarup: Sorry for interrupting, guys. Gare you guys talking about family members. yanesh, what happened to your love story? Did you propose to Isha?

Gyanesh: No, bro, I didn't.

Swarup: At the farewell party, you told me that you would propose to her after getting a job.

Arun: Who is Isha, Gyanesh?

Swarup: She was a classmate of mine and Gyanesh. Gyanesh had a crush on her but never dared to propose.

Arun: What, bro! You're from a hero's family and an army man too.

SwarupGyanesh: No, bro. The army is different from girls. I can fight 100 men but I don't dare to propose to her.

Swarup: Gyanesh, is she still single?

Gyanesh: Yeah, she's still single. She was working in karnaprayag .

: Wow, Gyanesh, I think you have a chance to propose to her. Today is the 12th and tomorrow is Valentine's Day. We are going to Karnaprayag, and you're going to propose to her.

Gyanesh: No, bro, I don't want to go.

Arun: Why, bro?

Gyanesh: After finishing college, I never talked to her. I don't know if she still remembers me or not, and I don't want to disrupt her life.

Swarup: How do you know she's still single?

Gyanesh: Bro, I regularly check her social media. and I know she's in Karnaprayag because of

Swarup: I think, Gyanesh, she's still in love with you.

Gyanesh: How can you know that, bro?

Swarup: Bro, I never told you, but she used to secretly watch you many times. When I noticed her, she would shift her gaze to her friend Swetha, who used to sit near her bench. That bench was also beside our bench.

Gyanesh: You never told me that, Swarup, why?

Swarup: I thought she was looking at her friend Swetha, but now I can guarantee you that she was looking at you.

Gyanesh: But bro, it's been years. Do you think she's still in love with me?

Swarup: Bro, according to my analysis, she's still in love with you. That's why she moved to Karnaprayag, to be near your hometown.

Gyanesh: Bro, it's partially believable, but who knows, after all these years, if she still loves me.

Swarup: Be positive, man. Why not try for the first and last time? Who knows, she might also be stalking you on social media.

Arun: Yes, Gyanesh, bro. Your first love will always be your best love, and it will last until death. Give it a try.

Swarup: Gyanesh, I've made up my mind. So now, we're all going to Karnaprayag, and you're going to propose to Isha.

Gyanesh: Swarup, I still have fears, man. I don't know how she'll react. I can't.

Swarup: This time, you have two brothers by your side. If anything happens, we'll take you to the hospital.

Gyanesh: (With a smile on his face) Swarup, don't joke, man.

Swarup: No, man, I'm serious. If you fall unconscious, Arun and I will carry you to the hospital.

Arun: No, Swarup, don't joke with him. He's an army man with a strong heart. He'll definitely propose to Isha.

Gyanesh: But still, I can't. If she rejects my proposal, it will hurt me a lot. I think it's better to leave it.

Arun: Bro, we only have one life. Give it a try. Think about the positive side, what if she accepts your love.

Gyanesh: But…

Swarup: No, I'm tired of hearing "but." You are going to propose to her on the 13th at midnight.

Arun: Bro, I have an idea. If she says no, just pretend it's a prank and tell her that you were just passing by and wanted to meet her. That way, she won't feel bad. And if she says yes, then you got your love.

Swarup: I think Arun's idea is okay. But Gyanesh, you have to propose to her. It's not a request, it's an order.

Arun: Please, Gyanesh bro. Please.

Gyanesh: Okay, brothers, I will propose to her on Valentine's Day.

Swarup: That's the spirit I wanted to see, but I want something more exciting.

Arun: Why don't you propose to Isha on the midnight of the 13th? That would be thrilling.

Swarup: Okay, then what gift will you give her?

Gyanesh: Don't laugh, but she loves eating ice cream at night. She especially loves butterscotch ice cream.

Arun: Then, the problem is solved.

Swarup: Who gives ice cream as a gift, bro? Gyanesh, you have to give her roses.

Arun: Bro, she is special to him. Let him give her what he wants to give.

Swarup: At least give her one rose when proposing. It would be weird if you propose with an ice cream box.

Arun: Oh, I forgot. That's true. Are you ready for the adventure, Gyanesh?

Gyanesh: Okay, brothers, I will do my best.

Later, Arun, Gyanesh, and Swarup went to explore the hill stations and started enjoying their trip.

On the other hand, Akhila, Mohini, Mamatha, and Suchitra went outside and started enjoying skiing, cable car rides, snow ball fighting, and clicked many selfies. In the evening, they came back to their rooms. Arun and Swarup also returned to their rooms.

On February 13, 2022,

In the morning, unfortunately, Arun developed a fever, so Swarup and Gyanesh took him to the hospital. The doctors told Arun to rest. Meanwhile, Akhila, Mohini, Mamatha, and Suchitra went for a hike at Gorson Bugyal high altitude. There was a party organized by tourists to celebrate Valentine's Day, and Akhila wanted to attend the party. After the hike, they went to join the party.

In the evening At the hotel Arun was able to recover from fever. And he wants to go to karnaprayag.

( Conversation )

Arun: "Hey guys , I'm good now. Shall we go to Karnaprayag?"

Swarup: "No Arun, you're not coming with us. You have to stay in the room. If you get sick again, it will affect your health. So please stay in the room. If our plan works, we'll go for dinner with Gyanesh and Isha.but for now your health is important to us , so please stay here."

Gyanesh: "Right, brother. Your well-being is more important to us. Please stay here. Tonight, we will be back as soon as possible."

Swarup: "My brother, please stay. OK?"

Arun: "It's okay, yaar. I will stay for one night. But Gyanesh, bro, I want to see your happy face by morning. OK?"

Gyanesh: "All upon Lord Badrinath, brother. Wish me the best of luck."

Arun: "I always wish you the best, brother."

After that, Gyanesh and Swarup went to Karnaprayag. Meanwhile, Akhila, Mohini, Mamatha, and Suchitra returned to Gorson Bugyal high altitude, where the party was taking place.

(Conversation)

Mamatha: "Mo, Akhi, Suchi, I want to go back to the room."

Akhila: "In the morning, we decided to participate in the party, so you have to stay."

Suchitra: "Yeah, Mam, let's enjoy the party. This is your last chance to enjoy life as a student. So you have to stay here."

Mohini: "Mam, did you bring your parka jackets?"

Mamatha: "Yeah, I brought the parka jackets, but why did you guys put all four jackets in my bag?"

Mohini: "Because I got a surprise in my bag and Akhila got cosmetics in her bag, and Suchitra had food in her bag."

Mamatha: "What is the surprise?"

(Mohini opened her bag and showed beer bottles in her bag.)

Mamatha: "Not again. You know me, Mo, I hate alcohol. I'm only staying with you because you're my friend. Otherwise, I hate alcohol."

Mohini: but Today, you have to drink with us."

Mamatha: "What? Does that mean Suchi and Akhi are also drinking?"

Akhila: "You also have to drink with us. That's final."

Mamatha: "No, I'm not going to drink with you guys."

Akhila: "No, you have to drink with us, it's a promise on our friendship.

Mamatha: no yaar, emotional blackmailing again,

Akhila: it's not not blackmailing, it's an order to you. These days are not coming back so please for this time you have to drink beer with us. I mean it.

( Mamatha thinked for minute )

Mamatha: ok , but you have to keep it a secret.

Suchitra, mohini, akhila: ok, we won't tell anyone about this, ok .

Mamatha: then , ok from my side.

(All the girls were very happy )

Suchitra: guys i think we need to put our mobiles in our bags to enjoy more.

Akhila: ok , then give it to me. I will keep it in my bag.

All the girls gave their mobiles to akhila and started enjoying the party.

At the hotel, Arun felt lonely and decided to attend the party he saw everyone else was going to. As he joined the party, he noticed many couples dancing and got bored after a while. He approached a local guy and asked for a good view of Auli. The local guy pointed him to an under-construction hotel where the lights were sparkling. Arun decided to go there to enjoy the view of the mountains.

Mamatha overheard the conversation and also decided to join Arun to see the night view of Auli. She quietly took her bag and followed Arun, entering the hotel after him. However, when she reached the roof, she went to the opposite side of Arun and started watching the night sky and mountains.

The security guard locked the entrance door and left without noticing Arun and Mamatha, who were still on the roof. As it started raining at midnight, they took shelter and thought the rain would stop soon. They were enjoying the rain on the roof, which had a top to protect them from getting wet.

However, Mamatha's friends went back to the hotel in a hurry and everyone started to run to their hotel. Thinking Mamatha was also with them.

On the other side,

Gyanesh and Swarup reached the karnaprayag. Went to Isha's house. At first Swarup went near the door, and started ringing the doorbell. When he heard the sound of footsteps, Swarup started running away to hide.

Swarup: Brother, my work is over, now it's all upon your hands, bye.

And he hid near the house.

Gyanesh: Bro, you told me that I got your back. Now you're hiding, it's not fair bro.

Suddenly, rain also started in Karnaprayag, but Gyanesh was determined to propose her. So, he stood in the rain and waited for the door to be opened. Finally, the door was opened, and he saw Isha. Gyanesh bent his knees and with a rose flower in his hand.

Gyanesh: I love you, Isha. I have been loving you since our first day of college. Please accept my love.

Isha started crying, and Gyanesh was puzzled. Swarup thought she felt sad and wanted to tell her it was a prank. Then isha,

Isha: I love you too, Gyanesh. (With tears in her eyes)

So, Swarup also stopped there. But now Gyanesh also started crying too. So, Isha came near to him. And she also bent her knees. Their tears, mixed with rain water, but their eyes were looking at each other's eyes. After that, Isha hugged him. They were speechless at that and didn't know what to say, but their hearts were speaking with the feeling of love. After that, Swarup came near the door.

Swarup: My dear lovebirds, it's raining. Why don't you guys come inside? I think you guys can express inside the house also. It was very cold outside and also raining.

Gyanesh and Isha laughed and got back to their feet. Isha was also surprised to see Swarup there.

Isha: Hey, how are you Swarup? Long time my friend. Last time I saw you was at our farewell party.

Swarup: Yes, my friend. Long time. But now I can see you regularly.

Gyanesh: How, brother?

Swarup: You lovebirds are not going to get married soon. Then we can see each other on regular phone calls, bro.

Gyanesh: Bro, I got only two days of leaves later. I have to report to my battalion.

Swarup: No, bro. Then when are you guys going to get married?

Gyanesh: Bro, at present I don't have any plans as it's a sudden surprise for me. I think I'll take the full 60 days for my marriage next time.

Swarup: Bro, I have a question for Isha. If my analysis is correct and she was in love with you back in college, why didn't she express it to you?

Isha: I'll tell you why, Swarup. On the day of our farewell party, I had decided to express my love, but when I was looking for gyanesh, I saw gyanesh talking to Swetha and she had a rose in her hand. So, I thought he was in love with her, and that's why I didn't propose.

Gyanesh: No, Isha. I was also looking for you that day. I saw Swetha and thought she had information about you, but when she saw the rose in my hand, she asked if I was in love with you. Due to my anxiety, I told her I was just looking for her. She took the rose and told me you were in the college auditorium. But when I got there, you were nowhere to be found. I searched everywhere but you had left the party. I never thought I'd find you again, but then I found your profile on our college Facebook group and started stalking you.

Swarup: Gyanesh, I can't believe you never told me about this. We're best friends and you kept this a secret from me.

Gyanesh: Everyone has their secrets, brother. Not everyone knows everything about each other. That's just the way it is.

Swarup: But Isha, how did you find out that Gyanesh was in love with you?

Isha: After the party, I asked Swetha about it and she told me that Gyanesh was looking for me and may have been in love with me. So, I decided to propose to him, but he joined the IMA after exams . I wanted to wait for him to return from training, by the way tomorrow I was planning to propose to him. And now, he has surprised me by proposing. I'm so happy now. About marriage, I'll wait for him another year, but I'm happy with how things turned out.

Gyanesh: I love you again, Isha, and I'll always love you as much as I can until the end of my life.

Isha: Don't talk about death. I want a 100-year life with you.

Swarup: Isha is right, bro. We want you to have a long and happy life.

Isha: Gyanesh, I want one promise from you.

Gyanesh: Ask me anything, I'll give you my promise.

Isha: Promise me you'll never talk about death in our entire life.

Gyanesh: I promise I'll never talk about death with you.

Swarup: In these sweet moments, why don't we eat ice cream, bro?

Isha: Did you guys bring ice cream?

Swarup: Yes, it was all Gyanesh's plan. He still remembers everything you love.

Isha: How sweet, I have the perfect life partner.

Gyanesh: I have the perfect life partner too.

Swarup: Bro, let's eat the ice cream.

And with that, they started eating ice cream and reminiscing about their college days.

At the Hotel Suchitra, Akhila, and Mohini started panicking about Mamatha's disappearance. They contacted the hotel authority to search for her, but they were told it was impossible to do so at that moment. The electricity had gone out due to the sudden rain, so everyone went back to their rooms, worried about Mamatha.

Akhila: "It's all my fault. She asked us to return to the hotel, but we didn't listen. Now this has happened."

Suchitra: "Yes, Akhi. If we had listened to her, we would all be happily sleeping in our room right now."

The three of them started crying, but Mohini took the initiative to console them.

Mohini: "Stop crying. Mamatha is not a child, and she is also the wise one in our group. Maybe she went with another group of tourists in the confusion. She will come back soon after sunrise. Stop crying now."

Akhila and Suchitra were somewhat relieved, but they were still unable to fall asleep.

At the Gorson Bugyal high-altitude hotel, Mamatha was feeling alone. When the electricity went out, she feared that Arun might harm her, so she quietly came down to the entrance using her hands. However, when she tried to open it, she found it was locked. Arun had also forgotten his phone at the hotel and was coming down, but when he saw a black shadow near the entrance, he was filled with fear.

Arun: "Ghost! Ghost!" (And he started chanting the Anjaneya Dandakam) "Sri Anjaneyaṃ Prasanna Anjaneyaṃ, Prabha Divyakayaṃ, Prakirti Pradayaṃ, Bhaje Vayuputram, Bhaje Valagatram, Bhajeham Pavitram."

He went to the top floor and started chanting the Anjaneya Dandakam. When Mamatha heard him, she realized he was scared, so she wanted to tell him she wasn't a ghost. However, she was now feeling cold because of the rain water at the entrance. She opened her bag and found that she had brought Mohini's bag instead of her own, so she started climbing the stairs to stop Arun from being afraid and to seek help in getting rid of the chill.

When she climbed the stairs, she found Arun in a corner. She slowly walked towards him, and Arun started chanting loudly. Mamatha started repeating after him. Arun was very scared when he heard her.

Mamatha: "Hello, please stop chanting. I'm not a ghost. I'm also a tourist like you."

Arun: "I don't believe you." (And he started chanting the Anjaneya Dandakam again)

Mamatha: "It's true."

Arun: "I don't believe you. Don't come any closer to me. I'm wearing a powerful Hanuman chain. If you touch me, you'll die."

Mamatha: "Okay, if I touch you, will you believe me then?"

Arun was very scared as Mamatha came closer, but finally, she touched him.

Mamatha: "See, nothing happened. I'm not a ghost. I'm also a tourist like you. Now you can believe me."

Arun: "Yes, but your hand is cold. What happened to you?"

Mamatha: I went downstairs to go outside, but the entrance was locked. So, I tried to open it, but because of the rain water coming through entrance, my clothes got wet. I came to you to ask if you have anything dry to cover .

Arun: I'm sorry, miss, but I don't have anything.

Mamatha: Oh no, now what will I do? It's very cold outside and my clothes are wet. If I stay like this, I'll be in dead by morning.

Arun: I'm also feeling the chill, miss. I want to give you my jacket, but if I do, I'll get sick again.

Mamatha: What can we do now?

Arun thought for a moment and came up with an idea, though he was hesitant to share it. He finally spoke up, as he felt it was the only solution.

Arun: Ma'am, if you don't mind, I have an idea. Please don't take this the wrong way.

Mamatha: First, tell me your idea and then I'll decide.

Arun: Ma'am, my jacket is long and a little bit big. If we both fit in it, we can stay warm until morning.

(Mamatha thought for a few seconds and agreed, with a condition).

Mamatha: Okay, but on one condition: don't behave like a creep.

Arun: I'm a devoted follower of Hanuman. I won't misbehave with you, I promise.

Mamatha: Okay, I trust you. First, unzip your jacket.

Arun: Ma'am, I think you need to remove your wet clothes first.

Mamatha: What do you mean?

Arun: Please don't take this the wrong way, but if you wear those wet clothes, the jacket will also get wet and we'll both suffer from the cold.

Mamatha: My inner clothes are still dry. I'll take off my wet clothes, but close your eyes.

Arun: Ma'am, it's pitch dark. How can I close my eyes?

Mamatha: Oh, I forgot. (Mamatha removed her wet clothes, put them to dry on the wall, and put her bag away. Arun heard the clinking sound of beer bottles in the bag.)

Arun: Miss, may I ask what's in your bag?

Mamatha: They are beer bottles.

Arun and Mamatha then fit themselves in the jacket and felt warmer.

Arun: Ma'am, I have one more suggestion. If you don't mind.

Mamatha: Tell me.

Arun: My friend used to say that if we drink alcohol in the winter, we won't feel the cold. Why don't we drink that beer?

Mamatha: No, I hate drinking alcohol.

Arun: Ma'am, sometimes in life-or-death situations, we have to think outside our value system to survive. Otherwise, we may face difficulties in life. I also don't drink alcohol too but this situation made me think about it.

Mamatha: I'd rather face difficulties than compromise my values. You can drink it if you want to.

Arun: OK, ma'am, I will try. Can you help me to drink?

Mamatha: Pardon me, what did you say?

Arun: Ma'am, now we are one person because we both are in the same jacket. So, if I want to move my hands, you have to move your hands too.

Mamatha: Sorry.

Arun: It's OK, ma'am. Can you give me that beer bottle?

Mamatha: OK, mister. Here you go.

Arun started drinking, but every time he drank, the beer bottle was near Mamatha's face, so she could feel the smell of beer. Mamatha started to think that beer can make our bodies resistant to the cold. When Arun finished his beer,

Mamatha: Mister, do you feel cold now?

Arun: No, ma'am. I think you should try it.

(Mamatha, feeling hesitant at first, drank the beer because of the cold air hitting her face. As they both drank, they started talking about themselves and were in a different state of mind.)

Mamatha: Hey, mister, why did you come here to Auli all alone?

Arun: No, I came here with my friend, but they went to Karnaprayag.

Mamatha: Why did they go there?

Arun: My friend Gyanesh, a local guy from Joshimath, loved a girl, and he went with my other friend Swarup to propose to his college crush.

Mamatha: So, why are you here? Why didn't you go with them to Karnaprayag?

Arun: Because I got sick this morning and they asked me to stay in the hotel to recover. But I got bored in the hotel, so I came here, and then I found out about this place.

Mamatha: Ah, I see. I came back after you to this place.

Arun: What's your story?

Mamatha: Mine is simple. My friends and I came here to enjoy our last college days and make some memories.

Arun: Where are your friends now?

Mamatha: They may be in the hotel room.

Arun: Then why did you come here alone?

Mamatha: After the party, they wanted me to drink beer with them, so I decided to come here to avoid drinking.

Arun: (After smiling for a second:)Now you did the thing that you wanted to avoid.

Mamatha: You told me that sometimes you do things you don't like to survive, so I did the same.

Arun: You are right. I forgot that one.

Mamatha: Mister, your friend went to propose to his crush. What about you? Are you going to propose to anyone tomorrow?

Arun: No, I don't have a girlfriend. I'm very busy with work, so I never had one. How about you, miss?

Mamatha: I was the same way. I was busy with my studies, so I never had a boyfriend.

Arun: Wow, our lives were on the same track.

Mamatha: Yes, just like our present situation. (She smiled).

Arun: OK, then shall we sleep? I'm feeling sleepy.

Mamatha: No, mister, I forgot to ask you what your name is.

Arun: My name is Arun. What's yours, ma'am?

Mamatha: thought for seconds and told) My name is Sarswati Devi.

Arun: That's a perfect name for you.

Mamatha: Yes, my friends always call me Sarswati Devi. Now, you have to call me that too.

Arun: OK, Sarswati Devi, shall we sleep now?

Mamatha: No, you have to stay awake.

Arun: We have nothing to discuss now.

Mamatha: No, you have to listen to me. You have to stay awake and follow my orders.

Arun: OK, what can I do for you now?

(Mamatha started thinking, under the influence of alcohol, and said: )

Mamatha: Now, you have to propose to me, imagining that I'm your girlfriend.

Arun: How can I imagine you, miss? I don't even know what you look like.

Mamatha: Oh, fine, I'll tell you how.

Mamatha took Arun's hands and started touching her face with them.

Mamatha: Feel my face and imagine me as your girlfriend now.

(After touching her face, Arun was able to imagine her face and said:)

Arun: OK, then I'm proposing to you. (With a smooth voice) I love you, miss Sarswati Devi.

Mamatha: No, it doesn't feel like a proposal. I want a cinematic-like proposal, like a prince proposing to a princess.

Arun: For that, you have to stand up and I have to bow down to propose to you.

Mamatha: So, why wait? Get up and propose to me.

(Arun unzipped his jacket and Mamatha stood up. Then,)

Mamatha: Mister Arun, give me your jacket. It's cold here.

Arun gave her his jacket and bent his right knee in front of her in the darkness.and started to propose.

Arun: My highness, I love you. Please accept my love.

Mamatha: Oh no, you forgot to give me a gift. Where are the roses, the gifts for me?

Arun: Pardon me, your highness, I don't have any roses here now.

Mamatha: But you have to give me something to symbolize your love.

Arun started thinking about what to give her to symbolize his love, then he touched his chain on his neck, so he took it off and wanted to put it on her neck. He started searching for her neck and He finally found her neck and put the chain on her.

Mamatha: Mister, you gave your gift. Now it's time for me to give you mine.

Mamatha began searching for a gift to give to Arun. She then took off her ring.

Mamatha: "Hey prince charming, where is your hand? I want to give you my gift to symbolize my love. Give me your hand and I'll put my ring on your finger."

Arun: "Your highness, take my hand."

He slowly offered her his hand and as she put the ring on his finger, it fell to the ground due to the influence of alcohol. But she believed that she had successfully placed it on his finger.

Mamatha: "Don't you watch movies? If a prince proposes to a princess, they have a kiss. Don't you know that?"

Arun: "Yes, I do watch movies. So now I have to kiss you."

He stood up and embraced her, leading to a series of passionate kisses. Eventually, they became intimate.

On the morning of February 14th,

Mamatha woke up to find herself next to Arun. However, due to a scarf covering his face, she couldn't see his face. Upon noticing that she was wearing his jacket, she panicked and searched for her clothes, but they had been blown away by the wind. She ran down the stairs, but the entrance was still locked, so she broke the lock with an iron rod. Arun woke up due to the noise, but was still too hungover to stand. Mamatha managed to make her way to her friends' hotel room and knocked on the door.

Akhila: "Who is this? You disturbed my sleep early in the morning."

Mamatha, (with a drowsy voice:) "Hey Akhi, it's me, Mamatha."

Akhila rubbed her eyes and upon recognizing Mamatha, she felt overjoyed and hugged her, tears streaming down her face. The other girls heard the commotion and joined in, finally reuniting with Mamatha.

Akhila: "Where have you been all night? I missed you so much. I thought we had lost you, but now I feel so happy."

Mamatha: "Hey akhi, it's cold outside. Can we go inside?"

So they went inside the room. When Mamatha changing her clothes Akhila noticed that Mamatha was only wearing her undergarments and a jacket that wasn't hers.

Akhila: "Hey Mam, what happened to you? Where is your dress and why are you wearing this jacket that isn't yours? What happened last night?"

Mamatha couldn't recall the events of the previous night due to her drunkenness. She didn't want her friends to make fun of her, so she lied about what had happened.

Mamatha: "I got confused and went with another group of tourists. It started raining and my clothes got wet, so a girl from that group took me to her room and gave me her jacket to wear. In the morning, when I was coming back here, I forgot to return it."

Akhila: "Thank God. We were so worried about you. We're so happy now."

Mamatha: "Thanks guys. I'm a little tired, so I'm not going anywhere today."

Suchitra: "Don't worry about it, Mam. We're not going anywhere without you. Today, we're staying in the hotel."

Akhila: "Yeah, Mam. We're going to take a rest today."

Mamatha: "Thanks guys. Good night."

Mohini: "Good night? What happened to you

Mamatha: Sorry Mo, I forgot to say good morning.

Mohini: Hey Mam, my bag feels light. What happened to my babies? Where are they?

Mamatha: Oh, those bottles... I gave them to that tourist group.

Mohini: NOOOO... my babies!

Akhila: Don't worry Mo, we can buy them later.

Mohini: Okay guys, let's go to sleep.

Mamatha: Come on guys, let's hit the hay.

Later, they all started sleeping at the Gorson Bugyal high-altitude hotel, where it was cold. Arun woke up shivering and tried to recall what happened to him, but his hangover gave him a slight headache. When he searched for his jacket, he found Mamatha's ring on the floor. He took it and began to recall the events of the previous night. At first, he felt bad, but then he remembered proposing to a girl and smiled while trying to recall more information about her. However, due to the darkness, he didn't know what she looked like. All he remembered was her name, Sarswati Devi.

Arun got up and walked out of the hotel, reaching his bed and falling asleep again. After two hours, his phone rang. It was Gyanesh calling for him. Arun woke up to the ringing.

Arun picked up his phone.

Arun: Hello, (with a rough voice).

Gyanesh: Hey, it's Gyanesh.

Arun: Sorry, bro. I'm a bit tired, that's why I couldn't recognize your voice.

Gyanesh: Bro, where were you last night? I called you to share some good news.

Arun: Bro, I'll tell you later. What was the good news?

Gyanesh: Bro, not only do I love her, but she loves me too. I'm planning to propose to her today. I'm a happy man right now.

Arun: Congratulations, my brother.

Gyanesh: Bro, what happened to your voice? Why are you speaking like that?

Arun: I have a cold, so my voice changed.

Gyanesh: No, bro, you're too sensitive. You should drink my mother's special medicinal drink. It will cure your problem.

Arun: Bro, after you reach the hotel, we'll go together and drink it.

Gyanesh: No, bro. Today, we won't be able to come to Auli due to the rain. The bridge in Karnaprayag is damaged, so it's taking time to repair it. I'm helping the locals, so I won't be able to make it there today. I'll call another friend of mine to take you to my home.

Arun: OK, bro. No problem. I'll go with him.

Gyanesh: OK, bro. Get ready. He'll come soon to pick you up.

Arun: OK, bro.

Gyanesh: OK, bro. Take care. Bye. See you in the evening.

Arun started getting ready to go to Gyanesh's home. On the other side, Akhila felt Mamatha's high body temperature and woke her up.

Akhila: Hey, Mam, wake up. Guys, wake up. Mom has a fever.

Mamatha: (with a strained voice) What happened, Akhi?

Akhila: Mam, what happened to your voice?

Mamatha: It might be due to the environment. Come, let's sleep.

Akhila: No, you have a fever. We need to go to the hospital now.

Suchitra: Akhi, go and find out where the nearest hospital is.

Akhila: OK, Suchitra. I'll ask the hotel management about it. Until then, get her up and ready to go to the hospital.

Akhila came outside and saw Arun. She approached him to ask about the hospital.

Akhila: Hello, excuse me. Can you please tell me where I can find the nearest hospital? I saw that you're carrying medicine, so I'm asking you.

Arun: Yes, I know the address of the hospital. It's about 2 km away from our hotel. If you tell the taxi driver the name of the Himalayan Clinic, he'll take you there.

Akhila: Oh, thank you very much.

Arun: May I ask what happened?

Akhila: One of my friends has a fever and her voice has changed. We're going to the hospital.

At that moment, one of Gyanesh's friends arrived at the hotel and called out to him from a distance. Arun had to stop his conversation.

Arun: "Okay, ma'am, bye. It was nice to meet you."

Akhila: "Thanks for the information. It was nice to meet you too."

Arun continued on his journey and arrived at Gyanesh's home, where he was greeted by Gyanesh's mother, Priyanka Bihst. Gyanesh greeted Arun and took his blessings, and Priyanka was overjoyed to hear that her son had found love again. Arun expressed his happiness as well. Priyanka served Arun a medicinal drink, and while drinking, he remembered a fellow tourist who was facing the same problem. So, he took some of the drink to give to them. After that, he returned to the hotel.

At the same time, Mamatha, Akhila, Suchitra, and Mohini returned to the hotel. Arun knocked on the door of Akhila's room, and she opened it.

Arun: Hello, excuse me for any inconvenience. You told me this morning that one of your friends was suffering from a voice problem. So, I brought this local medicinal drink. It should help her feel better.

(Akhila took the drink bottle from him)

Akhila: thank you so much for your help.

Arun: You're welcome. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask. I'll be happy to help.

Akhila: That's so kind of you. I'll definitely keep that in mind. Thank you for your hospitality.

Arun: Alright, then. Bye.

Akhila: Goodbye, Arun. Oh, may I ask for your name?

Arun: Of course, my name is Arun. What's yours?

Akhila: My name is Akhila.

Arun: Nice to meet you, Akhila. Bye.

Akhila: Bye, Arun.

(Later, when Akhila entered the room, Mohini asked, "Who was that guy, Akhi?")

Akhila: O!, he's a tourist as well. He helped us with information about the hospital this morning and now he brought a drink for Mamatha's voice problem. He seems like a nice person.

Mohini: All boys are the same, they act nice but later they cheat girls.

Akhila: No, Mohini. I don't think he's that kind of person.

Mohini: All men are the same, there's no exception.

Akhila: I'm sorry to say this, but maybe some guys like your boyfriend are like that, but not all men are the same. Just like how we're not all the same. People have unique personalities, and we tend to judge others based on our own values.

Mohini: Hmmm.it's your perception

Akhila: I'll give this drink to Mamatha. In the meantime, have a beer.

Akhila gaved the drink to Mamatha, who felt relieved after drinking it. Later, Akhila went to Arun's room and knocked on the door.

Akhila: Hello, Arun. Thank you for that drink. My friend got better fast.

Arun: No problem. All credit goes to Priyanka Aunty. You should thank her.

Akhila: Do you have any relatives here?

Arun: No, my friend's mother lives in Joshimath. I'm here with friends, but they're stuck at Karnaprayag due to a damaged bridge. They'll be here by tonight, they're probably on their way.

Akhila: If you're feeling lonely, I could keep you company until they arrive at the hotel.

Arun: I'd be happy to have your company. Thank you. Come on in.

Akhila: OK.

(They both entered the room.)

Arun: Have a seat, Akhila.

Akhila: Thank you.

(They sat for a while in silence, but Akhila being an extroverted person, initiated a conversation.)

Akhila: It's a bit awkward sitting here silently. Why don't we talk about something to break the silence?

Arun: Yes, it's very awkward. We should definitely talk to ease the awkwardness.

Akhila: It's quite awkward sitting here in silence. It doesn't provide much company. Why don't we talk about something to break the ice?

Arun: Yes, it's really uncomfortable. Talking would definitely help to relieve that awkwardness.

Akhila: Why don't you tell me about yourself and I'll do the same? This way, we can strengthen our friendship.

Arun: That's a good idea. To start with, I'm Arun from Bengaluru and I work as a fashion designer.

Akhila: Wow, you're really a fashion designer? I love designer dresses.

Arun: If you ever need a dress designed in the future, I'd be happy to do it for you.( He then showed her some of his designs on his mobile. Akhila was impressed by the designs.)

Akhila: They are so beautiful. I'll definitely consider having you design my dresses in the future. They're truly gorgeous.

Arun: Thank you for your compliment. I'll be honored to design a dress for you, Akhila.

Akhila: That's so kind. I'll keep in touch with you for that. May I have your number?

Arun: Of course, here it is. You can save it on your phone.

Akhila saved Arun's number in her phone.

Arun: Now that I've told you about myself, it's your turn. What's your story?

Akhila: I'm a MCA student from ANU. After this trip, I plan to join as a web designer.

Arun: Wow, you're a designer too! That's really nice.

Akhila: Yes, I design websites for companies, schools, and government departments.

Arun: That's fantastic! I too have plans to start my own company in the future. I think you could help me in that regard.

Akhila: Absolutely, we can stay in touch and help each other out.

Arun: Great! May I have your number?

Akhila: Sure, I'll send you a message on WhatsApp so you can save my number.

Akhila sent a message to Arun and he saved her number. At that moment, there was a knock on the door. Arun went to answer it and found his friends, Swarup and Gyanesh.

Arun: Welcome back, guys! Gyanesh, congratulations! Come on in.

Gyanesh: Thanks, bro.

Akhila stood up to greet them.

Akhila: Hi, guys.

Arun: Guys, this is Akhila. She's staying in the room across from ours at the hotel. Akhila, this is Swarup, my friend, and this is Lt. Gyanesh, who I mentioned to you earlier.

Akhila: Hi, I'm Akhila. Nice to meet you.Arun, I think it's time for you to head back to your room.

Arun : Okay, it was nice talking to you. We'll meet again tomorrow.

Akhila: Sure, bye.

Arun : Bye.

Swarup: Hey bro, how's your health now? Is everything okay?

Arun: Yeah, bro, it's good.

Gyanesh: Bro, yesterday you were fine but what happened to your voice?

Arun: That's what I wanted to share with you guys. It's a weird story. You guys went to Karnaprayag, leaving me alone. After some time, I felt lonely and decided to join a party at the hotel. But I got bored and asked a local guy about a place where I could enjoy the view of mountains and the city. He showed me Gorson Bugyal, a high-altitude hotel that was under construction. I went there, but soon it started raining and the electricity went out. I decided to return to my hotel room, but on my way down, I saw a girl. At first, I thought she was a ghost, but she approached me and asked for dry clothes as her clothes were wet. I didn't have one, so I suggested we share my jacket. She agreed, and we huddled together for warmth. She had some beer bottles with her, and I told her about your advice to drink beer to avoid the cold. We started drinking and talking, and things escalated to a proposal, a kiss, and physical intimacy. In the morning, I woke up and she was gone.

Gyanesh: That's quite romantic, bro. Do you remember her face? If you do, we can search for her.

Arun: No, it was dark, and all I remember is her name: Sarswati Devi. I only found her ring in the morning.

Swarup: What do you want to do now, Arun?

Arun: I want to see her, but this time during the day.

Swarup: Bro, how can we find her if you don't know anything except her name?

Arun: Sarswati told me she was also a tourist, so we could search hotels in the area and hopefully find her.

Gyanesh: Okay, bro. I can help you search all the hotels in my area.

Arun: Thank you, bro.

Swarup: It's already 11 PM, bro. Let's sleep now and start early in the morning.

Gyanesh: Sure, bro. I'll pick you up tomorrow. Goodnight.

Arun: Goodnight, bro. Here's a bottle for Aunty.

Gyanesh: Alright, bro. Goodnight.

Swarup, Arun: Goodnight, Gyanesh.

Meanwhile, at the other end of the hotel, Mamatha, Mohini, Akhila, and Suchitra were having a discussion. Mamatha wanted to cancel the tour plans and return to the hostel tomorrow because she wasn't feeling well.

Mamatha: Guys, I'm not feeling well. So, tomorrow, we're going back to the hostel.

Akhila: What's wrong, Mamatha? We only have two more days left of our tour.

Suchitra: Yeah, only two more days.

Mamatha: If I stay longer, my health will only get worse. I don't want to face any difficulties during my interview. So, tomorrow, we'll visit the Badrinath Temple and return to the hostel. That's final, and no more arguments.

Akhila: Why are you speaking like that, Mamatha? We don't want you to suffer.

Mohini: Akhi, don't you think the environment here may worsen Mamatha's health? That's why we should head back to the hostel tomorrow.

Suchitra: I agree with Mo, we wouldn't want Mamatha to suffer any further.

Akhila: Guys, why would I want my friend to endure more hardship? We'll be heading back tomorrow, and that's final.

Mamatha: I love you all.

Mohini, Akhila, Suchitra: We love you too, Mamatha.

With that, they settled down to sleep for the night.

15 February 2022 morning,

Gyanesh arrived at the hotel with Swarup and Arun to search for Mamatha. They checked the guest list at their hotel, but her name was not on it. They continued their search at other hotels, but to no avail. Meanwhile, Mamatha and her friends checked out of their hotel and visited the Badrinath temple. Mamatha prayed for the incident to turn out well, while her friends prayed for her health. Afterwards, they took a taxi to the airport and returned to their hostel. Arun and his friends searched everywhere for Mamatha, but could not find her. They eventually stopped at Gyanesh's home. Priyanka, Gyanesh's mother, wanted to visit the Badrinath temple with Isha and Gyanesh and invited Swarup and Arun to join them. After dinner, they returned to their hotel and found that their neighbors in the opposite room had changed. They realized that Akhila had left the hotel. Arun tried to sleep, but had a nightmare and could not stop thinking about Mamatha. He took her ring and put it in his own finger.

16 February 2022.

Swarup and Arun joined Gyanesh to visit the Badrinath temple. Arun prayed for Mamatha and wished to find her someday. After their visit, Gyanesh dropped them off at the airport and said goodbye.

One week later, Arun was still affected by the incident and unable to concentrate on his work. He felt empty and lost his drive to establish his own company. He got very upset and started avoiding social interaction and drinking.

Two months after that, Swarup came back from work in Maharashtra and found Arun lying on the ground with an alcohol bottle.

Swarup: Hey, Arun, get up! What happened to you, man? Why did you start drinking?

Arun: (sadly) Swarup, I lost everything. I had a dream to start my own company, but now I have nothing left to do in life. I even lost the girl I loved.

Swarup: What? When did you fall in love with a girl? Who is she?

Arun: You fool, don't you remember our trip to Auli? I told you about her, Sarswati.

Swarup: Bro, you don't even know what she looks like. How could you fall in love with her?

Arun: Who said I don't know what she looks like? I touched her face and I can imagine it in my mind. I even drew her picture.

Arun showed Swarup several pictures of Mamatha that he had drawn in his design room.

Swarup: What happened to your business deal? Why did you draw her picture everywhere?

Arun: Because of the Valentine's Day incident, I couldn't concentrate on my work and attract investors. I got depressed and started doing this. I tried to get out of it, but I couldn't.

Swarup: Don't worry, my friend. I'm here and I will get you out of this situation.

Arun: Thanks, Swarup. I love you, my brother. Arun hugged Swarup and started crying, and Swarup consoled him. They went to a psychologist, who advised Arun to forget everything that happened in the past and start a new life. The psychologist also told Swarup to keep Arun busy and take him to social gatherings.

The next day, Swarup cleared Arun's design room and threw everything

May 14, 2022

While Mamatha was working, she suddenly started vomiting. She felt unwell and went to the hospital. The doctor told her that she was pregnant and she was shocked to hear the news. She told the doctor that she had never had physical intimacy with anyone and started to question how it could be then he realized that valentine's day incident . The doctor asked her about her periods and she realized that she hadn't had one in three months. The doctor advised her to take good care of her health and she went back to her room where Akhila was staying with her. Akhila was working in the same area, but for a different company. When Mamatha reached home, Akhila asked her what happened and why she was looking sad. Mamatha sat on the bed and started crying. Akhila sat beside her.

akhila sat beside her and

Akhila: hey what happened why are crying mam tell me,

Then Mamatha hugged her and continued to cry. Again

Akhila: mam, please stop crying and tell me what happened, is there any problem in the office or at home. Please don't cry ,i'm with you. Anytime for you.

Mamatha controlled herself and

Mamatha: akhi, I'm pregnant

Akhila: ( with surprise on her face) how is it possible?

Mamatha: akhi , i kept one secret from all of you , when we went on a trip , at the party i wasn't with another group. To get rid of drinking , I went to see the view from a nearby under construction building . When I was watching The view, suddenly it rained , because of that electricity was gone so I decided to come back to the hotel but the entrance gate was locked. From outside, I tried to open it. But i was unable to open it and also my clothes got wet, there one tourist guys also there so i went to ask him for help, but he only had one jacket so we shared it to protect ourselves from cold but he told me that drinking beer can make us resistant to cold so we drunk beer in that situation we physically came closer and i did the unthinkable. When I woke I found myself sleeping on him, so I was. Panicked so i rushed to the entrance and broke the lock and came to the hotel.thats what happened.

Akhila: who is he and what is his name and where he lives .

Mamatha: I don't know anything about him.

Akhila: atleast can you remember his face.

Mamatha : no , I don't know how he looked when I woke up. His face was covered with a scarf. In that situation I was unable to see his face.

Akhila: You dumb girl, we thought you were the wisest girl in our group but you did this stupid thing. At Least if you said these matters to us z with birth control pills the matter will be over there. But now it is not possible to do that. You need abortion to remove your pregnancy.

Mamatha: I'm sorry akhi, i never thought about this, i was under alcohol effect because of that that day i was not able to remember that incident. So this happened to me.

Akhila: don't blame yourself, sometimes mistakes happen but we need to correct them. Now you need to abort this pregnancy, this is the only solution for your problem. I know one famous doctor, so I will ask her for help.

Akhila called the doctor and told her about their situation and asked for help. But she refused to help them because it is illegal to abort pregnancy of unmarried women. She is also a renowned doctor and if the news spreads out her reputation will be damaged and also can cause legal actions against her , so she refused to help. But akhila begged her to help. After asking several times she agreed on one condition. That is they need to arrange a man's signature as mamatha's husband , akhila accepted it and told her she will arrange one person to sign as mamatha' s husband. So akhila started to call her college friends to help her but they refused to help because of legal consequences. Then he found Aruns number and realized that he also belonged to Bengaluru. So she called Arun for help. On the other hand, Arun lifted his phone.

Akhila: Hello, Arun ?

Arun: Yes , it's me Arun akhila what a surprise after longtime . That day i came to your house but you're not there and also when you tried to call you your phone was not reachable so i stopped contacting you. What happened, do you want me to design dresses?

Akhila: No, I need another help from you.

Arun: I told you that day if you need anything feel free to ask me.

Akhila: Arun, one of my friends got an unwanted pregnancy and also she is unmarried , now she wants to get rid of that pregnancy.

Arun: Then, what kind of help do you need from me?

Akhila: We're in Bengaluru.

Arun: Great! I believe your problem will be solved now.

Akhila: Thank you so much, Arun. I'm grateful to have a friend like you.

Arun: Don't praise me. I'm your friend and it's my duty to help. Let me know when you're going to the hospital, I'll be there for you.

Akhila: Thank you, Arun. I'll let you know soon. Bye.

Arun: Bye, Akhila.

(Looking at Mamatha)

Akhila: Hey, Mam, my friend has agreed to come to the hospital. Don't worry, everything is going to be okay.

Mamatha: Thanks, Akhi.

Later, they also called the doctor and, according to their plan, went to the hospital in the morning. However, due to heavy traffic, Arun was stuck in traffic, causing him to be late. Mamatha called him when he answered her call.

Akhila: Hey, Arun, what happened? Why are you getting late?

Arun: I'm very sorry. Today, I got stuck in an unexpected traffic jam. It will take more time, so please ask the doctor for some extra time.

Akhila: Okay, I will. But can you tell me how much time it's going to take?

Arun: Maybe an hour, and I will try to reach the hospital before that time.

Akhila: Okay, but please make it fast.

Arun: Yeah, sure.

Akhila: Alright, bye.

Arun: Bye.

Then Akhila went to the doctor.

Akhila: Sorry, doctor, my friend is stuck in a traffic jam. Can you please give us an extra hour?

Doctor: Okay, sure. But please make it fast. Until then, you can wait in the waiting hall.

Akhila: Thank you, doctor.

Then Akhila and Mamatha went to the waiting room and sat down.

Mamatha: (Overhearing the couple's conversation with the doctor and seeing their sadness) Excuse me, I couldn't help but overhear. I'm Mamatha. I understand how devastating this news must be for you. I actually had plans for abortion, but after hearing your situation, I want to offer you something. Would you be interested in adopting my baby?

Couple: (Surprised and hopeful) Oh, really? Are you serious?

Mamatha: Yes, I am. I believe this could be a blessing for all of us. I want my baby to have a loving family, and you both deserve the joy of having a child.

Couple: (Touched and grateful) We can't express how grateful we are for your offer. This means the world to us. Thank you so much!

Meanwhile, Akhila, who had been aware of Mamatha's plans for abortion, realized the change of heart and immediately called Arun to update him.

Akhila: Arun, I have some news. Mamatha has decided to change her plans. She overheard a couple at the hospital who were devastated after learning they couldn't have a baby. Mamatha approached them and offered to let them adopt her baby. They happily accepted.

Arun: (Surprised and impressed) That's incredible! Mamatha is such a compassionate person. I'm glad she found another way to help someone in need. Please tell her I appreciate her efforts.

Akhila: I will definitely convey your gratitude, Arun. It's moments like these that remind us of the true meaning of friendship.

Arun: It's my duty to support my friend, and I'm glad I could play a small part in this. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.

Akhila: Thank you, Arun. Your support means a lot to both of us. We'll keep you updated on how things progress.

Arun: Please do. Take care, Akhila, and give my best wishes to Mamatha and the couple.

Akhila: I will. Take care as well, Arun. Goodbye for now.

With their hearts filled with hope and gratitude, Mamatha, the couple, and Akhila embarked on a new journey of love, support, and the possibility of a brighter future together.

Akhila: Oh no, Mamatha! Let's go to the hospital!

(Mamatha and Akhila return home, and Akhila finally opens the files)

Akhila: (Surprised) Mamatha, these designs... They look exactly like you! I need to call Arun and find out what's going on.

(She dials Arun's number and he picks up)

Arun: Hello, Akhila. Did you finally open the files? Is my website complete?

Akhila: Arun, these designs... Why do the models resemble Mamatha so much?

Arun: (Pauses for a moment) Akhila, I have to tell you something. Remember the incident that happened during our Auli tour?

Akhila: Yes, I remember. What does it have to do with these designs?

Arun: That girl I met that night in Auli, the one I fell in love with... it was Mamatha. I've been missing her ever since.

Akhila: (Shocked) What? Are you serious? It's my friend whom you met that day

Arun: (Filled with joy) I can't believe it! Akhila, please tell Mamatha that I'm on my way to your place right now. I need to apologize for causing so much trouble and tell her about my love.

(Shortly after the call, Arun arrives at Akhila's place and meets Mamatha)

Arun: Mamatha, I am truly sorry for everything. I realized I loved you, and I want to be there for you and our daughter.

Mamatha: (Touched) Arun, I never imagined that the person I met in Auli would become such an important part of my life. I accept your love and your apology.
