The Trek To Mount Everest #2 By Jumana Dhilla

So Obviously Before we started the trek we had to pass some Medical Tests. So we all were waiting in line and then it was my turn. I had to take some basic tests like Nose, Eyes, Ears checkup, Blood test and Some other basic tests. In an hour or half, we all finished our tests and then we had to do some training. We headed to the training centre and then we met the trainer. " Hey guys, I'm Harper and I'm your trainer, So we will be training for the following week and We will train in running, walking, climbing and Weight lifting, so, let's warm-up!" Said Harper. So I got changed in my Gym suit and We all got ready for the warm-up, and in 15-20 Minutes we all were completely warmed up. "Now, let's begin the Main exercises," Said Harper firmly. " So, we will first do some Brisk walking," Said Harper. We all started walking and suddenly we all started Draining out, " Come on! Come on! Little more" Said, Harper. We all managed to make it till the end and the next exercise was Climbing. We headed to another room and there was a huge, massive wall in front of us. Harper gave us Harnesses and we tied to ourselves. We started climbing the wall and luckily we all made it!

" So today's training's done! See you tomorrow!" Said Harper. We all headed for our Hotel and I was actually really exhausted! I laid down on the bed and Stella began writing her diary. " Do you still have the capacity to write?" I asked Startled. " Yeah! I need to inform my diary!" Replied Stella. I dozed off for a while and in an hour or half when I woke up, Stella was missing. I thought she was in the washroom but she Wasn't! I got a bit worried and I dialled her number on my phone, but she had left her phone in the room. I got more worried and I called the rest and told them. " Have you guys seen Stella?" I asked Worried! " Nope, But she was in the room with you right?" Replied Mina. " Yea but I dozed off and She was writing her diary, and she left her phone on the coffee table!" I replied. " Let's ask the hotel staff!" Replied Rogger. " Yeah, good idea!" We replied. We all split up and I went towards the dining hall as I knew Stella loved the food!

I asked the staff there and they replied that " Sorry Mam, we haven't seen your friend". I headed back and meanwhile, Rogger went towards the Gym, Zia went towards the main hall and Mina went towards the park. We all met back in my room and no one had found her! I got really worried! " Let's check near the Skiing area, as she had come to my room to ask her to go with her!" Said Zia. " Good idea!" I replied happily. We all headed there and yeah you guessed right, We found Stella! She was Sitting on a pine wood bench. I ran towards her and She smiled at me. We came back to our rooms and Yeah tomorrow was training. 

So, After a week we were ready for our trek! A night before, I packed up my backpack with all The essentials I needed and went to bed. The next day arrived! I was really excited and We had to leave at 5 am In the morning for the bus. Our bus journey was for around an hour and I spent my time talking, Eating and Enjoying the Beautiful Nature. It was soo cool and Breezy in the morning. Finally, we reached Our starting point. We had to how our medical reports and Take our tickets. We waited in line and then It was my turn!

A Middle-Aged lady checked my backpack, reports etc. I was ready to go. I took out my mobile and began to take selfies and Videos. But then An old security guard came up to me and took my phone away. " No phones allowed my child!" Said the Security. I was a bit Disappointed as I really wanted to take pictures!
