Thursday 31st: Chapter 2

(continuation of Thursday 31st: Chapter 1)

Taylor, as well as Asher, had their eyes filled with sadness and tears. They walked further on, but they took some breaks in between to catch up on their breath, and also because they were tired.

After a long while of walking, they had found the exit. But right before they stepped out, they were teleported to what seemed likt the school's old stadium. In front of them was a corpse, levitating in a rested position with it's eyes closed.

It spoke in its eerie voice, ''I'm quite surprised that two humans were able to make it this far. '' Asher shouted with rage and fright, ''LET US OUT!!!'' The corpse replied, ''If so, I will need to spar with that girl behind you. ''Asher shouted again- ''WHY HER AND NOT ME?!?!?!?''

The corpse replied with an evil smirk- '' Haven't you noticed? Your face and body are covered with scars, wounds and scratches, but how come she doesn't have any?''

Its reply took both of them by surprise. Asher muttered quietly - H-how come. . she doesn't. . . ? How c-can i have not noticed? The corpse replied, ''She's actually a soul--a bodiless soul. I suppose you haven't heard the full 'rumour'. A few years ago, 3 people came into the school like you and got locked inside. Only one survived-that is Taylor. She is actually dead, but somehow she was revived and. . as a soul, not the real Taylor. So it is only fair to spar with her.

Taylor slowly said quietly- '' I remember i-it a-all. . . I am dead. . .

And she turned into her original soul form- disguised as Taylor- and the corpse and Taylor's spar had begun. Asher stood still-unable to do anything as interfering will only lead to more harm.

Taylor yelled-'' RUN!! GO SAVE YOURSELF!!IT DOES NOT MATTER IF I AM ALIVE!!!!!!! LEAVE! NOW!!''

Asher yelled-WHAT ABOUT YOU?? I AM NOT LEAVING WITHOUT YOU!!''

Taylor replied in a weak voice-Please. . '' l-leave now. . . . it is only for the better. . . ''

Asher had left the place and he heard a scream- Taylor's scream-and he knew that she hadn't survived, and unable to hold the sadness in his heart any longer he broke out in tears.

The next morning the police had arrived to the old school grounds. They had found Kim and Caleb's bodies but Taylor's body was never found.

To avoid any losses of lives in the school hereafter, they burned it down and made sure every bit of the school is demolished. . .
