Wait

He was about to leave office. It was too late to complete his work that day.

Although he was wishing to go earlier, his boss handed him files refusing his request and told him to continue the work. It was her birthday party which he couldn't attend. He had wished her a very happy birthday on a call at morning and had promised to reach the party on time unlike the last one.

"Alas!" He exclaimed with sorrow, started talking to himself while walking on a footpath." What will she think of me? Will she be serious about my consciousness towards our relation? Will she become angry on me or she won't talk to me forever? Will she understand me about what happened today in office?"

Finally he reached that hotel. He couldn't find any celebration or any friend of her, of him.... even her. He got disappointed that party had been over and repented that she was not answering his calls. He waited whole night there. In the morning, he was charged money for sitting there as usual. Hotel manager scolded him as usual telling him it had been an year since it had happened. Once again he started trying to tell him as it seemed to be happening now. Manager left.

She almost had reached the hotel on time. He was in office. He had informed her about work. She had agreed him assuring him that she would enjoy the party, also she would wait for him after party as he will be reaching there. Unfortunately, she met with an accident in which she died. He waited whole night there in hotel. At morning he went to her house and became very sad. Neither he could reach on time for her birthday celebration, nor he could be present on her last moments with her.

After that day, he started going to that hotel everyday waiting for her whole night. Still, he pays daily for the whole night there.
