When I discovered my strengths and realized my goal in life, I became 100% sure of what I wanted to pursue. It was a career that is well-known these days, but I had no prior knowledge about it. I was certain that I wanted to become a successful writer.

I shared my aspirations with my relatives, and their response was disappointing. They advised me not to pursue a career in this field, saying there was nothing in it.

However, I faced this discouragement with courage. I turned to YouTube to learn how to become a successful writer and found inspiration from the videos of many established writers. I started writing every day.

My goal was to elevate the Hindi language and change people's thinking through my writing. I embraced every opportunity that came my way. Some people were against my decision because of the work I was doing, and as a result, some individuals ignored me.

When there's no demand and supply in a particular field, it's not my fault. People may not understand what I'm going through. Many advised me to abandon this career and pursue a regular job, but my dream was to do something that would benefit not only me but also millions of people.

When you have big dreams, the whole world may not be on your side. So, what should you do when people continue to criticize you, even when they are aware of your intentions?

I faced this problem consistently, and people kept telling me to switch to a different career. However, when your heart and soul are set on a particular path, why would you consider another?

I faced resistance even from my own family, but I persisted with my writing. However, at one point, something happened that led me into depression.

People often judge you based on their own opinions, not considering your true qualities. The negative comments and constant suggestions to quit my writing career drove me to despair. I searched for solutions to these mental issues.

I began by watching free sessions with motivational speakers and joined their Zoom sessions. I also took Ayurvedic medicine to help overcome my depression.

Under no circumstances could I abandon my writing career. It was an integral part of me, and literature held me when the world had turned its back on me. I could not let it go.

To cope, I distanced myself from people, especially during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. I avoided discussing this issue because it only brought up painful memories and discomfort.

In life, any endeavor comes with its struggles and takes time to bear fruit. I did not want to dwell on negative aspects during this period, and that's why I limited my interactions with others.

I continued to face challenges, so I turned to spirituality. I sought guidance from my Guru and surrounded myself with positive influences.

Mental problems primarily arise from negative thoughts. It's crucial not to allow such thoughts to dominate your mind and, if they do, replace them with positive ones. Staying in the company of those who have progressed in life is vital.

Avoid negative people as much as possible. If you suffer from chronic mental health issues, it's essential to seek professional treatment. A good psychiatrist can provide you with the help and solutions you need.

Live life openly and embrace each moment so that you have no regrets later. Your life is your own, and you should live it on your own terms. Listen to your inner voice, and your life will change accordingly.
