Time Changes
Time Changes
Carried him nine months
In my tummy.
And waited so long
To hear a "mommy".
Time passed
And he went to school.
Slowly-slowly
His life turned out cool.
When his forehead
Was hotter than the heat,
How would I sleep
With increasing heartbeat?
When he overnight studied
For this examination,
I overnight prayed
For his concentration.
I was totally broken
When he went to another city.
I would never let him go
But it was for his university.
Everything good happens to him,
I hope.
And then he said to me
About his job.
From the time
We use to play with a ball,
Time changed
To wait for a phone call.
Now he is happy,
Happy with a pretty wife & luxury car.
I still live in a hut
And my son is gone very far.
