Monetary Happiness!

A force steering across, 

The wheels of this chaotic world, 

Driving every existence, 

Knitting in a cobweb, 

Building transactions unknown. 

 

From basic amenities of sustenance, 

To the ultimate luxuries in life, 

It dominates our thoughts, 

Guides our inherent actions, 

Leads us to places we desire. 

 

The one that unifies us, 

Ironically, divides us as well, 

Creating irrevocable boundaries, 

Hardly ever satiates our avarice, 

Can it help overcome our cowardice?! 

 

Money tends to materialism, 

To control or being controlled, 

Is just upon us; whilst, 

Let it always empower, 

Not give in to overpower.
