Nostalgic Childhood Memories
Nostalgic Childhood Memories
In my school days, I was a very silent boy.
Making friends was a nightmare for me.
I used to sit in the last bench alone.
I always wanted to run home but the teacher wouldn't let me.
Many tortured me to speak like others.
I was roaming alone like a lone wolf,
In desperate need of a kind-hearted friend,
Who could understand me.
All were teasing me, calling me aloof.
I was a bully object, a vulnerable kid.
Now, I have grown up and I am fortunate enough to have friends,
Who can understand me and respect me
I have realized that my brain is wired differently.
I find solace in solitude.
My school memories have taught me a lot in life,
Which helps me to be the strong guy, mentally.
