Live Life Like A King

Self-confidence is an important ingredient of a good leader. Overconfidence may lead to wrong decisions. Experience is an accumulation of information gathered from actual exposure to multiple incidents. Intellect is the art of connecting a real-time requirement with past experience of a similar situation. 

A true leader should live like a king but without a crown. Humanity is always a priority of every step of a true leader.

The ego and use of authorities are to be used as handy tools with the purity of inner sense.

Like Lord Shiva, one should have a 3rd eye to see what others can not see even with both eyes wide open. 

Intelligent to sharpen like a sword to see a cross-section view of every matter for the right choice of the right decision.
