Revenge

Sunder received a legal notice from his wife who went to her mother’s home one month ago. She claimed that she was tortured physically and mentally by Sunder continuously for one year. She was so harassed that there was no hope to live with Sunder again. Now, she demanded Rs.11000 per month and 9 lac rupees as one time compensation. Sunder was shocked, how one little hot talk on dinner took a such mammoth shape. His maternal uncle played an important role in this case. He brainwashed Sunder’s wife. He took one lac rupees from Sunder’s family and did not wish to return it. So he played such a dirty game.

Riya, Sunder’s wife was average intelligent, She married Sunder three years ago. She showed a good level of maturity with Sunder’s family. She had built a good rapport with Sunder’s sister and never felt strange here. That night Sunder scolded Riya for not making tasty food. Matter stretched so much that Sunder warned Riya and in his anger, asked her to leave the house at once. Co incidentally Sunde's maternal uncle- Shibbu, father of Riya called Riya at that time. Riya wept bitterly on phone and told all the incident. Shibbu was waiting for such incident and seemed that he had already planned all this nuisance and reached at once at his daughter's home next day. He returned along with Riya and her two daughters. Sunder thought that she would return within 3 or 4 days. So without any communication Riya left house.

Time passed slowly and now Sunder was not in a position to take any decision. He was the responsible one in the family, so tears were not allowed to show their presence. Anvi ,sister of Sunder was so depressed because of this family matter that she was not gettng proper sleep and food since she heard the news of notice. Anvi wanted to talk with Riya but there was no possibility for any communication.

Sunder was ready for discussion because he knew very well that this court matter would create irreparable loss to his family. Sunder tried his best to compromise and wished to finish this matter but Riya did not want to listen single word. Now she wished to see Sunder in court. Her mind filled with so much anger and animosity that she did not want any talk with the family members of Sunder. With time tension grew, there were two children who suffered the most, all happened in their madness of revenge.

Sunder understood that it was Anvi who was main cause for Riya’s anger. Sunder misbehaved with Anvi. This matter was too cooked that Anvi left the house and started living separately. Anvi was stressed due to her family trauma which were increasing day by day. She silently did her job and had a hope for a shine.

Anvi who was associated with TCSRD –a CSR of TCL. She worked for women empowerment and livelihood issues. Now Anvi discussed her plan with her team to work in that village where Riya lived. She did not want to discuss her family matter but for the sake of program expansion she planned all this. Anvi started vocational training institute at Riya’s village. She contacted TCSRD office there which was working for livelihood ,woman empowerment and other social issues. TCSRD was a CSR of TATA group company. Anvi worked very hard and approached one officer to another officer and by her all effort two SHG were started. They started meeting regularly ,discussed family issues and counsellor did his job smartly. Anvi never came to this village. She remotely monitored on all this.

SHG of this village reached to Riya and Riya joined this group and actively participated in all meetings and took trainings on gender ,woman’s right and other vocational training. Here she interacted with Mukesh who was the counsellor there. During their discussion once Riya shared her own problem with Mukesh. Mukesh did not speak any word but listened only. He put a simple question that what was her wish on this matter? Riya admitted that she was fed up with court and social drama and now she wanted that her daughters should not be affected with this case. She also knew that now this case had reached in worst condition and that there was no room to return.

Riya continued discussed her case with Mukesh. On the other hand Riya tried to start her beauty parlour and stitching centre but she did not have sufficient money. When Anvi got know about Riya’s intention. She at once gave money from her savings for Riya without disclosing that this help was provided by Anvi. Riya worked diligently and engaged her time and energy in this vocations. Now she did not give so much weightage to Shibbu’s advice. Her daughters wanted to meet their father. She started talked with Sunder on phone for the sake of her daughter. Riya started live separately along with her two daughters and now she was moved out herself from the influence of Shibbu and other such fake well-wishers. Mukesh and Anvi planned strategy to solve this case and Anvi remained herself in backend. With all their efforts Riya agreed to take her case in family court and on the very first session Sunder and Riya settled their case and with do’s and don’ts list they mutually agreed to live together.

Now after five years Sunder was happy with his family.

Anvi had tears in her eyes and thanked to GOD . She completed her revenge and got calmness in her life.
