A Bargain With The Death
A Bargain With The Death
I am going to miss you,
I know.
But what's worst is that I can't even tell you that -
The fact is that you will never know.
But when I will tell you,
I Won't be able to hold your face in my palms
And look into your ever hopeful eyes
To utter those words.
What I am going to cherish forever is that,
You are happy,
With no more distractions in your life
Only love making its own way
Giving you the joy which you deserved all along.
I will hug you then
Seeing you counting every second of your life.
I will stare into those brown shiny eyes
To feel what it likes to feel contented.
I will kiss you goodbye softly on your blushy cheek
Knowing that you have found what you had been searching for real all along.
And then,
I will know -
It's the endgame of my moonless wanderings on this earth.
The time has ended, which I begged from Death So that I could finally leave this world watching you happy once and for all,
So that I could leave this world without any regrets
So that I could tell my soul, " You did your best".
