A Beautiful Girl

A beautiful girl 

Is a careful creation 

Of the creator's hand 

The hand is at work 

When his mind is full 

Of romantic thoughts 

                    

Whenever the sun's rays 

Brightens her grace

It offers the most 

Palatable feast to the eyes 

Of all her admirers 

As they always esteem 

The lustre of nature 

She is more than a diamond 

Which costs a crore.

When the core of my heart

Is full of sorrowful thoughts 

And the waves of sadness 

Stirs up the tranquil waters 

Of the lake of my mind

Her elegant form with elegance    

Make me conform to 

The exquisite delicacies of life

                            

Her words sound

The musical tones

Of tons of ocarinas and veenas

Those musical words

From her throat

Make me float

On the musical waves

In an ecstatic state

And I go light hearted

With both the lifted and shifted 

Burdens of life

Which are worse 

Than a horrible curse 

                    

Hence neither once 

Nor twice but always

I think in her

Diminutive human form 

There is divinity

Beyond the explainable norm
