 happy   valuable   meditation   enjoy   health   healthy   laughing   exercise   yoga   take care 

H: Health is more valuable than money.


E: Eating healthy food can maintain good health. 


A: After waking up, doing yoga, meditation and exercise can improve our immune system. 


L: Laughing is also important for good health, just maintaining a diet and exercises can't help if you are not happy. 


T: Teach and encourage everyone to also focus on their health and give some time to it. 


H: Health, the real happiness of life. Enjoy it and take care of it. 


Do you know the month of May is regarded as the month of maintaining mental health ? Well in that occasion only, I wrote this poem. Hope you all liked it. Stay tuned for more awesome stories, poems and quotes.
