Meditation (Free Verse Poem)

Meditation, the way to connect to god,

The way to connect to eternity,

The way to go to a different world. 

Meditation, the power to achieve our goals,

The power to love yourself and to love everyone,

The power to concentrate and to think differently. 

Meditation, the key to success,

The key to all your problems, 

The key to happiness and prosperity.

Meditation, the method to relax, 

The method to think positively,

The method to have peace in life. 

 In all meditation helps you to be calm and relaxed in the worst situations,

 It helps you to uplift your spirit and gives your soul the peace, eternity and energy,

And most importantly, it helps you to see life differently and live it in a positive way. 

Hope everyone loved the poem. I dedicated this poem to meditation since I have been taking meditation classes for about 3-4 months and I saw the benefits and changes in myself during this phase of time. So I recommend all of you to meditate regularly and take up meditation as a part of your daily routine. 

It is simple to do meditation. You just need to play very soothing music with just some tune, no words or verses. Then just cross your legs, cross your hands and close your eyes. And start meditating for 15 minutes. Just focus on your breath and don't think anything. Then after 15 minutes, unlock your hands and put them on your face and open your eyes. You would feel relaxed and happy. Do meditation every day as much as you like. And stay happy.
