Bliss
Bliss
Gentle breezes in the silvery moonlight,
She trudged gracefully alongside the tranquil river bank,
Drenched in the silver of the moon, she could feel
The twinkle of the stars caressing her soul,
Soothing the painful scars of times.
A dainty little wildflower swaying in the breeze,
All alone surrounded by massive blades of grasses,
She knew it was alone, not lonely, just the way she was.
Surrounded by the mountains of strangers, yet,
Standing as firm and intrepid as she always was.
The gentle breeze teasing her brown locks -
She could feel a quaint serenity in it's touch.
The moonlight casting it's ethereal glow on the still river water,
She could see her reflection in that stillness,
A distant frog croaking in the solace of the silence.
The peace surrounding her and the peace within her,
She was in fact where, she always wanted to be -
In her blissful little world amidst the bliss encompassing her.
