I met him seventeen years back:
Between the file-walls
He was locked with a life
Of equities
Torching over the faces
That interrogate
Accidents.
He was tall and thin and whitish
Who had made his body bend
Like a fetus in a womb
From ten to six
For last years
Everyday
Recording deaths
Names and numbers
And train accidents.
He was a silent man
Till his death
Even after death.
No paper records him
Till today.
