When consumed it can turn us gross.

They can turn your life upside down nothing less than hell,

The pain and the torture anyone won't be able to tell.

It is dangerously addictive

it is something you won't be able to live without,

Once you add it in your life there will be sadness throughout.

Avoid it and be aware of its causes and facts,

Tell everyone about its harmful impacts.

Your life would be damaged and could not be repaired,

At the end of everything, it's you who is to be blamed.

Who made your life miserable and full of negativity,

And was left on the path of confusion and insanity.
