Elation And Angst

Whenever you feel down or betrayed,

Feel it, rejoice it and let it fade,

The tears you shed or the letter you write,

Is just as a pulsar quirky and so bright,

The stress you took or the sleeps you leaped,

Took you away in a tenacious grim that heaped,

But did you ever thought the way you think,

Is your own accord your own blink?

Yes, life is the gene of a fluctuating wave,

A fictitious recital and a friend so knave,

But the litter in your head which feeds your ailment,

Must be in your fist and must be blunt,

Feed your elation and play with your angst,

You'll swim the brook and own the banks.
