Enough for a start

A tiny drop of rain

Fell on the dry, boiling hot surface of Earth

It wasn't much, but enough to cool atleast one of the many-many billion parts of the crust

It fell, it cooled, it vapourised, and went back to the sky

And many other drops followed.... 

The paper-like thin front of the edge of an axe

Fell on the hard but lively bark of a tree

It wasn't much, but enough to make a cut on one of the many-many billion of trees on earth

It went deeper, led to an unheard moan, came out, and went back to the humans

And many other cuts followed....
