Friends...

The most important learning of life,

Is to chose a set of persons,

Not your soulmate mind you,

But friends who influences your life,

In every single ounce of ways.

Never be close to friends,

That's what I have learned,

Talk to them and listen also,

But never get under their influence,

Because they will betray you one day.

Be close to some friends only,

Who know each and every vein of yours,

Who will help you in your difficult situation,

Who will understand you in your mess,

Who will find a solution to your problem.

But that shouldn't be one sided,

The person should respond to your help,

But if he or she doesn't know the value,

Stay away from them, 

And never trust them.

We should have all kinds of friends,

Good, bad, idiots, funny, sad,

After all everyone needs someone other in life,

But if you're absolutely sure about the person,

Share your deepest and darkest secrets,

Because they won't revel.

Make that one person your friend,

Who won't lie to you,

Or encourage you to lie to anyone,

Build a sense of trust within yourself,

Because it is the most important learning of life.
