She conquered the Sky
She conquered the Sky
She gazed up at the sky so vast,
With dreams of flying high and fast.
But the path ahead was not so clear,
For women like her were not welcome here.
She faced a world that tried to keep her down,
With doors slammed shut and constant frowns.
But she never let their doubts hold her back,
And kept her eyes on the stars, her chosen track.
She studied hard, worked day and night,
And refused to give up without a fight.
She broke through barriers, shattered glass ceilings,
And defied every expectation, every feeling.
Now she stands tall, proud and strong,
A trailblazer who proved them all wrong.
The first female aerospace engineer,
Her name will go down in history, clear.
Her struggles may have been many and tough,
But she persevered, and that's enough.
For she's an inspiration to all who come after,
And a reminder that we can reach for the stars and master.
So here's to the woman who made it through,
A symbol of hope for me and for you.
May we follow in her footsteps, aim high and fly,
For anything is possible, if we only try.
